Sooo, what's my story? How did I get into sales? Well I didn’t "fall into" sales like everyone else... I chose it 👀

You might think I'm crazy but it's been so worth it. After transitioning from accounting/tax -> sales, I saw it as the perfect opportunity to sharpen my existing skills and learn everything I could about sales. It’s been a wild but successful journey and I’m still loving every minute of it. 

What do I do outside of work? You can probably find me on the dance floor somewhere, perfecting my salsa 💃🏾🇨🇺

What do I post about on Linkedin? A bit of everything... from personal & professional development, career building in your 20s, women in tech, sales, MEDDICC... like the sound of this?

I put a ridiculous amount of pressure on myself.

Sometimes that pressure can be overwhelming.

But it comes from one place - wanting to be the best at what I do.

I know what I'm capable of becoming and not being there yet can feel frustrating at times but we keep going 📈.

For most of my career, this kind of drive was viewed negatively. People told me it was too intense or that I cared too much.

But last week at our company kick-off I was taken aback when I won a C8 Award for Craving - recognising those who relentlessly seek growth, push themselves and inspire development in others 🚀

And honestly - it was a gift.

I work at a company where the drive to be better doesn't get questioned.

It’s celebrated. 

And more importantly, I’m given guidance on how to redirect it into things that actually make me better.

So thank you MEDDICC 💙

Grateful to work at a company that sees success as more than numbers - it’s about who you become in the process.

People assume I’m a natural at this. I’m not.
