Ruth Thomson is a coach, mentor and trainer helping people create lives filled with meaningful work, family and freedom. She has an eclectic professional background, from innovation in data science to growing brands with digital marketing campaigns to creating and delivering highly-rated digital training. 

Over the last 18 years, she has had the pleasure of raising millions of pounds for charities, building and leading successful teams, building strategic partnerships between high profile organisations and and grown a digital marketing business and a coaching business. 

She has worked for or with clients at: AstraZeneca, Lloyds Bank, Accenture, Google, Johnson & Johnson, Virgin, BT, Vodafone, the House of Commons, Co-op Food and more. 

She is an accredited coach at Senior Practitioner level with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, one of the three leading coach accreditation bodies. As a lover of learning, she has studied with other leaders on executive education courses at MIT, Cambridge University and Harvard University. Most recently securing a distinction in the psychology of happiness and wellbeing (PGCert) at UEL in order to bring the most cutting edge psychology research and practice to her clients.

As far back as I can remember, I was always driven by relationships & connections. I had always thought I would follow in my Dad's footsteps as a copywriter. But after an internship at a leading creative agency, I quickly realised that I was far better suited to life on the client side of advertising. 

A career in sales was inevitable. 

23 years later, I have been lucky enough to work for some incredible companies, amazing people and inspiring leaders. I have learned something new at every step of the journey.

Across numerous tech verticals, I have become a specialist builder and scaler of high performance B2B revenue functions, placing a focus on culture, mindset and growth. I have done this at early stage bootstrapped startups all the way through to post IPO and acquisition.

I am now leveraging my years of experience to help Founders and early stage B2B tech companies nail the fundamentals of sales, build and scale their GTM, providing ongoing coaching and training to their sales & leaderships teams.
