Ruth Thomson is a coach, mentor and trainer helping people create lives filled with meaningful work, family and freedom. She has an eclectic professional background, from innovation in data science to growing brands with digital marketing campaigns to creating and delivering highly-rated digital training. 

Over the last 18 years, she has had the pleasure of raising millions of pounds for charities, building and leading successful teams, building strategic partnerships between high profile organisations and and grown a digital marketing business and a coaching business. 

She has worked for or with clients at: AstraZeneca, Lloyds Bank, Accenture, Google, Johnson & Johnson, Virgin, BT, Vodafone, the House of Commons, Co-op Food and more. 

She is an accredited coach at Senior Practitioner level with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, one of the three leading coach accreditation bodies.
