All my mistakes as a founder... 

I learned more building Coolie from screwing up than from any “growth hack” LinkedIn post.

– I once shipped a tiny change that quietly broke 'sign up' button workflow.
Didn’t notice for 10 days. That mistake cost us a 15 demo meeting.

– I disqualified a prospect that later became one of our biggest customers.
