I started sales by accident like 99% of us, when I did not want to continue with my chosen subject in graduation.

People that ask for a raise after being fired/leaving in probation on a salary that was raised just 2 months ago, deserve a special place in hell. 

Don't be this person.

Public service announcement. 

A few companies did silent lay offs in last 2 months. Quiet and slow. 

Make it look like it's a performance based firing which might be true in some cases, but in most cases the reason has been insane salary. 

I know SDRs at these companies making 20/22/25 LPA fixed to bring 5 meetings in a month and it's SMB to Mid market. That's crazy! 

Most of these folks will have BIG trouble finding a new job. 

If you are one of the SDRs reading this, please understand the market does not agree with your ex company, and won't be able to match your salary. Of course exceptions exist, and it might happen, but for most it won't.
