Leading the Japanese branch of the international marketing agency cip I drive the business from all angels: from budget overview, cost control and team management to creating concepts and executions in retail, event and brand communication.

I managed the Project Manager teams of Own Retail, Europe, Wholesale Activation and the Sell-Out-Support team. Besides supporting the team in creating of category consumer facing activities at every retail-centred consumer touch-point I also monitored internal processes.

In addition to my team leading position in Wholesale Activation I was also in charge of the adidas and Reebok Coach Program Central from agency side (recruitment of team members, supervising of the regional team leads and budgeting).

Working closely with my team members in the area of Wholesale Activation (Category Responsibility, Buying Groups and Key Accounts). Supervision of account specific and overarching national trade marketing initiatives at the point of sales for the adidas brand including the development of category specify tools and activation.

Senior Project Manager Wholesale Activation

Later in my career I was also responsible for retail activations at adidas key accounts and gained first experience in leading a team (two Junior PMs and one intern). Additionally, I was steering the project team of the special Project “Brand Ambassador Program” and was acting as interface between adidas TM / BM / VM and cip HQ / regions. The purpose of this program was to motivate and educate adidas brand advocates in order to succeed outstanding performance at the point of sales for the brand adidas.

Project Manager Retail Activation / Account Marketing (Buying Groups & KAM)

As a Project Manager I was working in the area of account marketing and retail activation.
I developed concepts and coordinated various retail activation, retail events and retail training for account specific campaigns for the Buying Groups (INTERSPORT / SPORT 2000) in cooperation with adidas trade marketing.
