Pay Agency was founded with the goal of simplifying the process of connecting merchants and payment service providers (PSPs).
We recognized that there was a need for a platform that could streamline the process of finding and onboarding new partners. We set out to create a solution that would meet this need.
Through intensive studies and development, we created a platform for merchants and PSPs. Our platform makes it easy for merchants to compare payment processors and choose the best one for them. Giving PSP access to a large and growing pool of potential clients.

Since our founding, we have worked hard to build a platform that is easy to use, reliable, and secure. We have developed advanced matching algorithms to help PSPs and merchants find the best partners for their needs, and we have put in place robust security measures to protect against fraud and other threats.
In addition to our core platform, we have also focused on building a strong customer support team to ensure that our clients have the help and guidance they need to succeed. We believe that by providing top-notch service and support, we can help our clients grow and thrive.
Looking to the future, we are excited to continue expanding and improving our platform, we are committed to helping merchants and PSPs succeed in an increasingly competitive market.

Not because life was perfect, but because 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬.

We were 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬.
No brother.

And in many Indian families, that quietly changes the direction of life.

While others were planning careers…
I was already thinking about 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐚 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲.

But something important happened in my journey.

My husband didn’t ask me to slow down.

He told me to 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐫.

In a world where many women are expected to compromise after marriage,
I was told:

“𝐆𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧.”

That support changed everything.

Because when I entered this industry, I was young.
Inexperienced.
And completely on my own.

No mentor.
No legacy business.
No powerful background.

Just 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

I became the only earning member of my family.

Not because it was easy.
Because it was necessary.

I am a 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭-𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫.

Everything I built…
I built it 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡.

I worked 𝟏𝟖–𝟐𝟎 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐚 𝐝𝐚𝐲.

Not for luxury.
Not for fame.

But to make sure the next generation of my family
never experiences the limitations I grew up seeing.

And when a woman from a modest background starts rising,
people start asking uncomfortable questions:

“How is she doing this?”
“How is she still standing?”
“How is she competing?”

Especially when she has:

• No political backing
• No financial dynasty
• No industry godfather
• No inherited power

Just 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.

But here is the truth most people don’t understand:

When life gives you no safety net, you build your own wings.

Yes, there were struggles.
Yes, there were sleepless nights.
Yes, there were moments when people tried to pull me down.

But I kept going.

Because I wasn’t just building a company.

𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐲 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲’𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲.

And today, when I look back…

I don’t just see success.

May He free us from the bondage of worldly attachments, just like a ripe fruit naturally detaches from the vine, and lead us towards realizing our eternal and immortal nature.

According to sacred mythology, during the Samudra Manthan, the cosmic churning of the ocean by gods and demons to obtain nectar of immortality, the first element that emerged was a deadly poison. Its power was so intense that it threatened to destroy the entire universe.

Lord Shiva, in his infinite compassion and courage, consumed the poison to protect the world. He held it in his throat, which turned blue, earning him the name Neelkanth, the one who absorbs pain to protect creation.

Maha Shivratri reminds us of this powerful symbolism.

People often ask me how I 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞.

The honest 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫?
Balance is a 𝐦𝐲𝐭𝐡.
Life doesn’t balance itself.

Some days, I am building payment ecosystems and discussing compliance structures.

Some days, I am simply holding a child and remembering why stability and financial inclusion matter so deeply.

FinTech is often discussed through numbers, transactions, and infrastructure.
But at its core, 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬.
It is about the small business owner securing their child’s education.
It is about entrepreneurs creating stability for the next generation.
It is about giving people control over their financial dignity.

Technology becomes meaningful only when it touches real lives.
That is what keeps me grounded.
Not the scale of systems we build.

But the lives those systems quietly support.

Because success is not just about building companies.

It is about building security for 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬.

𝐈’𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭:
I used to believe success was about having all the answers.

The right strategy.
The perfect roadmap.
The most predictable outcome.

But standing on stages and speaking to young founders and professionals has taught me something very different.
People aren’t searching for answers anymore.
They are searching for direction.

In FinTech, especially, we often talk about innovation as speed, 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬.

But innovation without purpose is just movement without meaning.

I’ve met founders who built products that worked perfectly…
Yet solved problems nobody deeply cared about.
And I’ve also seen small ideas change entire ecosystems because they solved something painfully real.

Today, I don’t ask teams:
“𝐈𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞?”
I ask:
“𝐃𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬?”

Because the future of technology isn’t about building louder platforms.
It’s about building clearer paths.

Sometimes success isn’t about moving faster.
Sometimes it’s about making sure people aren’t moving alone.
And honestly, I believe that’s where real impact begins.

Most people underestimate the power of how they 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤.

Not their 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬.
Not their 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬.
Not their 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬.

Their 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠.

I have noticed something through my journey that 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞. It always begins inside the mind.

When you think 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥, you automatically limit your 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.
You play it 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞.
You avoid 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤𝐬.
You settle for 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲.

But the moment you're thinking 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬, your actions start changing with it.

You begin to see 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 where others see 𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬.
You start building 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 instead of waiting for 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.
And slowly, your results begin to reflect your 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Thinking 𝐛𝐢𝐠 is not about 𝐞𝐠𝐨.
It is about 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟.

Belief that you are capable of 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞.
Belief that your ideas deserve 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞.
Belief that your journey is meant to create 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭.

Because 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 does not grow from circumstances.
It grows from 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞.

And courage often begins with one simple decision to stop shrinking your dreams.

I’m going to be honest: I’m tired of hearing the phrase “𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬.”

It has been used so casually that it has almost lost its meaning.
In 2026, seamless payments should not be a marketing claim.
It should be the 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Because behind every so-called “seamless” transaction… There is often a messy reality that businesses are silently managing.
Failed transactions.
Multiple payment integrations.
Compliance pressure.
Fraud risks.
Settlement delays.

And while customers expect a two-second checkout experience… businesses are handling a system that is anything but simple.
Lately, I’ve been thinking deeply about what the future of payments should actually look like.
Not just faster.
Not just smarter.
But 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭.

Where technology quietly works in the background… optimising every transaction, protecting every payment, and improving success rates without manual intervention.

When your calendar is so busy it stops being a calendar and becomes a mood 😅

“The state of mind when you have calendars like this!!!”

My calendar right now looks like someone played Tetris with meetings… and WON.

 There’s no “free time” — only tiny suspicious gaps that are clearly traps.

At this point I’m not scheduling meetings…
 meetings are scheduling me.
🧠 Mental state update:
Monday to Friday is one long continuous “quick call?”
I’ve started saying “yes” before I even hear the question
My lunch break has been moved to Q4
If you see a blank slot… please don’t touch it. That’s where my sanity lives.

Also… my calendar has colors now.
 Not for organization.
 For emotional warning signs.
 🔴 = urgent
 🟡 = very urgent
 🟢 = “I’ll pretend I’m okay”
 🔵 = existential crisis with agenda

If you need me, book an appointment in 2029 — I’ll confirm after I finish today’s 47th “quick catch-up.” 😂

The right time to launch.
The right time to speak up.
The right time to take that step.

Weeks turned into months.
Months turned into “𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫.”
And all that waiting slowly turned into 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠.
Every possibility was analyzed.
Every risk was magnified.
Every small doubt was given a microphone.

In the mind, the plan became perfect.
On paper, it looked flawless.
But in real life… nothing moved.
Because overthinking feels like progress, but it’s really just fear wearing the mask of logic.

Then one day, something shifted.
Instead of asking, “𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬?”
The question became, “𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐈 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐲?”
The first step wasn’t perfect.
The second step wasn’t either.

But step by step, clarity replaced confusion.
Action did what overthinking never could.
It created momentum.

The mind untangles when the hands start working.
Confidence grows when effort replaces hesitation.
You don’t figure everything out before you begin.
You figure it out because you begin.

Today, there are still questions.
There are still unknowns.
But there is also movement. And movement changes everything.

So if you feel stuck in your head right now, don’t wait to feel fully ready.
Start messy.
Start unsure.
Start anyway.
Because 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠  untangles what 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 never will.

I’m excited to share that I’ve successfully completed my Fintech and Payment Internship Programme with Payomatix Technologies.

This experience really opened my eyes to what actually happens behind the scenes when you initiate a payment. Not just “transaction successful” on the screen, but the real mechanics. From payment processing, stakeholders involved in every transaction, settlement and reconciliation, to understanding the fees charged at each stage. It made everything feel more real and practical.

I gained solid knowledge in payment orchestration, smart routing that connects transactions to the gateway with the highest success rate. We also covered compliance deeply, especially PCI DSS and licensing requirements, which I now understand is absolutely critical in the fintech space.

Real time monitoring, fraud detection, AML, KYC and KYB processes, merchant category codes, acquiring partnerships, high risk payment industries, cross border payments and APMs. It was intense in a good way. The kind of learning that stretches you.

Marketing was not left out. I had hands on experience with LinkedIn marketing and lead generation. Learning how to define ICP, use the right keywords and actually reach out to real clients. That part? Slightly scary at first, but very empowering.

It was truly an amazing experience.

I sincerely appreciate Payomatix Technologies for putting this internship programme together. Knowledge is wealth, and this was definitely an investment in mine.
