Pay Agency was founded with the goal of simplifying the process of connecting merchants and payment service providers (PSPs).
We recognized that there was a need for a platform that could streamline the process of finding and onboarding new partners. We set out to create a solution that would meet this need.
Through intensive studies and development, we created a platform for merchants and PSPs. Our platform makes it easy for merchants to compare payment processors and choose the best one for them. Giving PSP access to a large and growing pool of potential clients.

Since our founding, we have worked hard to build a platform that is easy to use, reliable, and secure. We have developed advanced matching algorithms to help PSPs and merchants find the best partners for their needs, and we have put in place robust security measures to protect against fraud and other threats.
In addition to our core platform, we have also focused on building a strong customer support team to ensure that our clients have the help and guidance they need to succeed. We believe that by providing top-notch service and support, we can help our clients grow and thrive.

I didn’t grow up knowing the language of privilege.

I learned the language of persistence instead.

There were no shortcuts.
No safety nets.
No guarantees that things would work out.
Only one quiet decision I kept making to show up anyway.

I’ve learned this over the years:
People celebrate the success, but they rarely acknowledge the years of invisibility that come before it.

The moments when you are building without applause.
The days when your confidence is stronger than your circumstances.
The nights when quitting feels logical but continuing feels necessary.

What kept me going wasn’t motivation.
It was self-belief, built one small win at a time.
Not the loud kind.
The steady kind.
The kind that says:
 “I may not look like I belong here yet, but I will.”

Women like us are often told to wait for validation.
To soften our ambition.
To be grateful for the seat, instead of owning the table.

I chose a different path.

I chose to build, even when I was underestimated.
To lead, even when I wasn’t announced.
To grow, even when the room wasn’t ready for me.

Because confidence doesn’t come from being chosen.
It comes from choosing yourself repeatedly.

And when you do that long enough, the world eventually adjusts.

The mistake?
Trying to repeat it endlessly without questioning whether the context had changed.
Markets evolve.
Teams grow.
Customers behave differently.

But leaders sometimes hold on to old wins like comfort blankets.
That’s when growth slows.

There was a time when my “workspace” was just a corner of a noisy room, no fancy setup, no perfect chair, no elegant wall quote.

Your environment doesn’t shape your dreams.

It’s not decoration, it’s a reminder.

A reminder that success rarely begins with resources.

Before the big office comes discipline.

Before “I achieved everything I dreamed of” comes the part no one sees: the lonely nights, the doubts, and the decision to keep going anyway.
