Pay Agency was founded with the goal of simplifying the process of connecting merchants and payment service providers (PSPs).
We recognized that there was a need for a platform that could streamline the process of finding and onboarding new partners. We set out to create a solution that would meet this need.
Through intensive studies and development, we created a platform for merchants and PSPs. Our platform makes it easy for merchants to compare payment processors and choose the best one for them. Giving PSP access to a large and growing pool of potential clients.

Since our founding, we have worked hard to build a platform that is easy to use, reliable, and secure. We have developed advanced matching algorithms to help PSPs and merchants find the best partners for their needs, and we have put in place robust security measures to protect against fraud and other threats.
In addition to our core platform, we have also focused on building a strong customer support team to ensure that our clients have the help and guidance they need to succeed. We believe that by providing top-notch service and support, we can help our clients grow and thrive.

An insight from J.P. Morgan recently stood out to me: Many CFOs still cite regulatory uncertainty and knowledge gaps as the biggest barriers to adopting digital currencies today.

That matches what I see on the ground. The hesitation isn’t about innovation fatigue. It’s about confidence.

2025 quietly changed how I think about innovation. What stood out wasn’t disruption or bold experimentation. It was a shift toward refinement and that’s the lens I’m carrying into 2026. 

Last year showed us that progress comes from:

* Making the complex feel simple
* Making the risky feel predictable
* Making financial decisions that feel human
* And letting technology fade into the background

Perhaps the most important takeaway from the report is that maturity doesn’t slow fintech down, it unlocks scale. As the industry moves forward, the fintechs that win won’t be the ones chasing every trend. I’ve been going through the 𝟏𝟏:𝐅𝐒 𝐏𝐮𝐥𝐬𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, and one theme that shows up consistently across the strongest fintechs featured in the report is this. The companies pulling ahead right now aren’t the ones launching the most features. They’re the ones showing product discipline, operational clarity, and execution maturity. This is a big change from the last cycle. For years, fintech rewarded speed, faster launches, broader roadmaps, aggressive expansion and future-led differentiation. 

But the Pulse report highlights something different about the 2025 winners:

1. They simplify complex financial moments instead of adding layers
2. They design products around confidence, not capability overload
3. They treat UX as a trust and revenue lever, not a cosmetic one
4. They build AI where it removes friction not where it creates novelty
5. Many of them have crossed into sustainable profitability

One thing I’ve learned from working closely with CFOs and finance leaders is this: Adoption doesn’t start with possibility. It starts with fundamentals. When it comes to digital currencies, most hesitation isn’t ideological or technical. It’s practical.
