Start-up which was founded through the entrepreneurship program of the University of Amsterdam with the goal of reducing food waste in grocery stores. Our start-up sells food graded lids to supermarkets to reduce the waste of endives. The food waste of endives is reduced with 40-50% with the use of our product. Currently in supermarkets such as Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Delhaize, Plus, Coop, and Odin Supermarkets to name some. 

My main responsibilities in the company are marketing, sales, product development, and operations.

English: Responsible as Scrum Master to help and challenge three DevOps teams that are developing digital products and services within the Asset Management domain. Also worked as an interim Product Owner for one of the DevOps teams.

The Business Development side of my function is based on tracking the market for data, opportunities, and tech developments, as well as gaining information about client needs and problems. The main focus of my role is to challenge the DevOps teams, based on my knowledge about the markets and clients, to make the right transition between client needs and functionalities / developments.

Dutch: Vanuit de Scrum Master rol ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het helpen en kritisch uitdagen van de DevOps teams die digitale diensten en producten ontwikkelen binnen Digital Asset Management. Ook als interim Product Owern verantwoordelijk geweest voor één van de DevOps teams.

Vanuit mijn Business Development rol kijk ik naar de markt voor data, kansen en technologische ontwikkel trends. Ook ben ik bezig met het inzichtelijk krijgen van de klantvraag. De hoofdfocus van mijn rol is om de DevOps teams kritisch uit te dagen op basis van mijn kennis van markt en klant. Dit om ervoor te zorgen dat de juiste vertaling gemakt kan worden tussen de klant vraag en onze functionaliteiten en ontwikkelingen.

English: Marketing Consultant in the business unit Digital Asset Management. My focus is on the company brand and positioning as well as on organizing marketing events and campaigns to promote our services. Furthermore, responsible for strategic marketing such as business plans, operational plans, go-to-market plans, market research, competitor analysis, and monitoring tech innovations. Helping the sales team with scouting tender options and preparing for their sales pitches is also part of my responsibilities. 

Dutch: Marketing Consultant bij de afdeling Digital Asset Management. Hierbij ligt de focus op zowel de brand focus als de positionering.  Ook ben ik betrokken bij het opzetten van marketing events en campagnes om producten te laden in de market. Verder werkzaam aan strategische marketing documenten zoals business plannen, operationele plannen, go to market plannen, marktonderzoek, concurrentieanalyse en het bijhouden van de nieuwste innovaties in de tech wereld. Daarnaast help ik het sales team met tenders onderzoeken en het voorbereiden van sales pitches.
