As the person responsible for international ambitions within Today Real Estate Development, my role is to oversee the implementation of these concepts in countries outside of the Netherlands.

Bob has been working at Grehamer & Company since October 2017. During his initial period, Bob combined completing his graduation project on the development of healthcare complexes with his role as a Process & Marketing employee. This dual role demands a certain level of drive that comes naturally to Bob as a former top athlete and is also useful in his current role. 

Since May 2020, Bob has been working as a Business Developer at Grehamer & Company, where he strives with his colleagues every day to make the organization a little better. This is something that gives him energy!

He now applies his top-sport mentality and the experiences he has gained during his work as a Business Developer. He motivates and supports his colleagues every day to work together and bring out the best in each other. Being a part of a young and dynamic organization like Grehamer & Company, and having contact and communication with people are just some of the reasons why he values his work at Grehamer & Company so much.

Cityside Apartments

Bob (1992) has been working at Cityside Apartments since October 2017, where he initially worked as a Process & Marketing employee. From January 2019, he will mainly focus on the Business Development of new locations. This commercial role allows him to combine the experience he gained in his previous role with the results of his graduation research.

In addition to transforming vacant office buildings into luxury homes for young professionals and commercial units for commercial tenants, Cityside Apartments also transforms properties into (care) homes for seniors. This involves not only looking at existing care locations that need renewal or sustainability, but also at locations that are suitable for transforming into (care) homes for seniors. In this commercial role, Bob also collaborates with Bas Gregoor, who is responsible for the acquisition of other locations.

During his first period at Cityside Apartments, Bob combined completing his graduation project on the development of healthcare complexes with his role as a Process & Marketing employee. As a former top athlete, I'm driven by the pursuit of results and the desire to bring out the best in myself and my colleagues every day. In my role as a Business Developer, I'm able to harness my boundless energy and passion for commerce to drive success.

I completed my Bachelor's degree in Business Management at IVA-Driebergen and spent ten years playing baseball at a top level.

Currently, I am responsible for the commercial activities of Today Real Estate Development. I'm excited to be a part of this organization and look forward to seeing our success.

In addition to my work, I love pursuing my athletic goals and train hard every week for upcoming sports events. During my evenings, I am also dedicated to an additional study program, and I am proud to have earned a Master of Real Estate degree upon completion.
