I'm a Procurement Interim Practitioner with a strong track record of nearly 20 years across interim, consultancy, and in-house roles. My focus is hands-on delivery—leading teams, transforming functions, driving sourcing strategies, and generating measurable value across diverse categories and industries.

As a Chartered MCIPS professional, I’ve worked both in the UK and internationally, spanning public sector, utilities, FTSE 100s, global corporates, startups, and organisations undergoing complex transformation. I’m known for quickly integrating into teams, building trust, and delivering outcomes that lead to repeat engagements and long-term partnerships.

Alongside my procurement projects, I run a side business supporting a small number of clients with procurement interim consultancy. I connect organisations with professionals from my trusted network—interims I’ve worked with personally or who come highly recommended. My background means I understand exactly what’s needed to deliver procurement projects well—and who can get the job done.
