• Contributing to the operations and capacity expansion of one of the largest and most efficient cement company in India.

• Commissioning of Integrated Cement Plant of Andhra Pradesh (3.6 MT of Clinkerization and 2 MT of Clinker Grinding Unit).

• Oversaw operations of 18 MTPA capacity clinker grinding units along with two Solar plants (30 MW) in Bihar, Jharkhand, Rajasthan (Khushkhera), Uttarpradesh.

• Spearheaded two clinker grinding units with a total capacity of 9 MTPA as Unit Head.

• Contributed in the expansion of the plant from 1.8 MTPA (2014) to 9 MTPA (2018).

• Managed all operations comprising technical and commercial tasks and their planning and implementation.

• Brought the optimising power factor to 0.99 and used alternative fuels to reduce the heating cost. Reduced power cost by 20% and overtime of workers by 40% improving manpower utilization. Reduced the overall production expenses by 30%.

• Done effective government liaisoning to obtain the following objectives:
Getting open access to power for plant operations.
TOR/ Environment clearances.
Groundwater NOC & liaising with the water supply department.
Highway access.
Smooth logistics & material procurement.

• Completed mechanical E&C of 16 spouts Roto Packer, 240 TPH in just 20 days and undertook various modifications in VRM for capacity enhancement up to 92%.

• Deployed manpower, machines, and material resources to achieve productivity targets.

• Introduced improved methods of maintenance and supervision to prevent wastage and enhance operational efficiency.

• Ensured the timely preparation of reports and budgets overseeing efficiency parameters and providing support to superiors regarding cost reduction and manpower planning.

• Coordinated procurement initiatives to ensure the availability of spares in the right quality and quantity as per schedule.
