Built Panchneeti as a political consulting and brand‑building firm with a 100% winning track record—every candidate we partnered with in Delhi and Bihar has won their election.

As a campaign strategist and policy consultant, I work end‑to‑end: from booth‑level data and narrative design to on‑ground mobilisation and long‑term brand positioning. At Panchneeti, our work with Ashish Sood is a key example—after a loss in 2020, we helped engineer a comeback in 2025 with his highest‑ever victory margin of 19,000+ votes in Janakpuri, and he now serves as a cabinet minister in the Delhi government.

A man who once sold his farmland and mortgaged wife’s jewellery to fight election and lost that election to becoming the core of INDIA alliance. 

A man once so high on his morals that he resigned from the post of Union Rail minister after just one accident, yes just one accident.

Once PM material from the anti-BJP bloc, will now be in oblivion, sheltered in a bungalow in New Delhi. The world knows that Nitish Kumar will be hardly attending Rajya Sabha.

End of an Era in Bihar


The Bhishmpitamah of Bihar finally hangs his boots. The man who defied all odds of Bihar politics, ruled Bihar on his own terms.

Bihar- a state which in known as the heartland of caste politics, in such state Kumar ruled for 20 years when his caste only has approximately only 3 percent votes. 

A engineer by education but a doctorate in social engineering. 

Fondly known as Sushasan Babu by his allies and Paltu Ram by his adversaries, the man will be always etched in the memories of people of Bihar, especially the women for whom he did everything to uplift the last colony.

I didn’t feel anything.


After I came back from Kashi, I stopped posting on LinkedIn for myself. I was writing and posting for clients. But didn’t even opened my LinkedIn 

Why?

I just didn’t feel like it. I had stories to share, I also wanted to announce the special class on campaign design in collaboration with another leading political consultant.

But I did nothing because I felt like sometimes taking rest, taking pause is necessary. Sometimes not following plan is required.

This year, I want to rest more and hustle less, be slow, be calm, feel everything, be in the moment.

I am tired of been busy. I know my end, and it’s not different then anyone else. 

Do you ever felt that doing nothing is the best thing sometimes.

Women is the last colony.

But


Poor and uneducated women have more democratic rights than rich and educated women.

No matter you come from which caste, class, colour if you are women you are the most deprived class on this planet. Despite being the most evolved creature of God, they are most undervalued, deprived beings.

But one thing I observed in Bihar that poor, rural and less educated had more freedom when it came to exercising their democratic rights.

The educated and rich women followed the head of family or husbands when it came for whom to vote.

It’s ironical, but that’s the truth.

Why it’s this way, what do you think 🤔

Sometimes, one political photograph reveals more than a hundred speeches.

A recent image from Nitish Kumar’s Facebook page caught my attention.

For years, one of the leaders closest to him has been Vijay Kumar Choudhary, the Water Resources Minister. During the time I worked with him as a consultant, it was common to see Nitish Kumar visit his residence unannounced and spend hours in discussion. That proximity reflected deep political trust.

Now look at the photograph from the political entry of Nishant Kumar.

Standing closest to him is Sanjay Jha, a former BJP member, while Vijay Choudhary appears almost outside the frame.

Political photographs rarely capture just people.

They capture proximity to influence.

And sometimes they quietly hint at something bigger. A shift in who is shaping decisions inside Janata Dal (United).

Bihar politics has seen such transitions before.

The real question is whether this is just a moment in time or an early signal that the internal balance within JD(U) is beginning to change.

Do political photographs sometimes reveal shifts in power before politics admits it?
