Representing Roche's entire brand portfolio, these tactics created relative value in the market place. Worked with clients estimating all aspects of projects, negotiating competitive pricing structure, and ensuring projects met company's profit goals. Doctors+Designers exclusively marketed to and provided services to the pharmaceutical industry, generating $11,000,000 in annual sales revenue. 
Began with company as Print Buyer, and quickly promoted due to superior abilities and performance. Proactively directed and monitored workforce to ensure projects met quality and delivery deadlines, and met budget restrictions. Wrote performance evaluations, and provided ongoing training to improve technical and organizational skills.
