TDH began in 2006 and has evolved over the years into its current portfolio form, acquiring almost 30 other businesses along the way. I meditate and journal most days, love walking in nature and believe that business and leadership is about Inspiration, Co-Creation and Empowerment. I published my first book, ‘The Business of Health’ in 2019 and second in 2023, ‘Ageing and the Andropause, Reclaim your youth with Testosterone Replacement Therapy’. A third will likely focus on listening to your intuition and business growth. In addition to our own M&amp;A activity, I mentor other business owners who want to scale their businesses using the 6 key concepts that have allowed us to grow six 7-figure companies and successfully exit two.I have a long term plan of completing the Explorers Grand Slam which is conquering the 7 Summits plus setting foot on both Poles. So far I’ve completed Kilimanjaro, Aconcagua and Mount Elbrus.
