In addition to our own M&amp;A activity, I mentor other business owners who want to scale their businesses using the 6 key concepts that have allowed us to grow six 7-figure companies and successfully exit two.I have a long term plan of completing the Explorers Grand Slam which is conquering the 7 Summits plus setting foot on both Poles. So far I’ve completed Kilimanjaro, Aconcagua and Mount Elbrus.

Twenty years working in commercial roles in industry provided me with incredibly valuable people experience, however I always felt that I wasn’t where I should be. A close family experience of a cancer journey and subsequent bereavement in 2018 led me to make some significant changes - I have never looked back!

Health & wellness coaching is a pure joy; my natural curiosity and desire to get to know people allows clients to build rapport and trust with me. Delivering group coaching and corporate workshops, as well as 1-1 sessions allows people to receive the benefits of hearing from others' experiences - truly powerful!
