I published my first book, ‘The Business of Health’ in 2019 and second in 2023, ‘Ageing and the Andropause, Reclaim your youth with Testosterone Replacement Therapy’. A third will likely focus on listening to your intuition and business growth. In addition to our own M&amp;A activity, I mentor other business owners who want to scale their businesses using the 6 key concepts that have allowed us to grow six 7-figure companies and successfully exit two.I have a long term plan of completing the Explorers Grand Slam which is conquering the 7 Summits plus setting foot on both Poles. So far I’ve completed Kilimanjaro, Aconcagua and Mount Elbrus.

Founded by Award-Winning Rehabilitation Case Manager, Kayur Kotecha, Transcend Rehabilitation is a boutique & family-owned provider of Immediate Needs Assessments and Case Management solutions to the UK personal injury market.

Our vision at Transcend Rehabilitation is to be the vanguard of innovative & integrative traumatic personal injury rehabilitation case management.

Our mission – and ultimate priority – is to return our seriously injured clients to self-sufficiency in all aspects of their daily living (including work & play) in the shortest period where possible, preventing the need for long-term dependency on health, social, personal care support, and case management services.

We prefer to only work with adolescents & adults that have sustained complex orthopaedic and musculoskeletal polytrauma, amputation, and psychological injuries, as well as those who are experiencing persistent pain conditions but also here to help people who have sustained mild to moderate brain injury.

As a Human Biology graduate and a dual-qualified Physiotherapist and Mindful Yoga Teacher, I bring a unique blend of medical knowledge, holistic practices, and heart-centred approach into the field of healthcare and rehabilitation.

Founder of Transcend Rehabilitation in the UK, a provider of Immediate Needs Assessments and Case Management solutions to the personal injury sector, and amidst the broader responsibilities as the company Director & Visionary I continue to manage a small caseload because it is my belief that hands-on experience fuels innovative leadership and keeps the heart of our practice closely aligned with the evolving needs of those we serve.

My personal expertise also extends to Australia, where I provide Rehabilitation Consultancy, primarily focusing on occupational rehabilitation & return to work across various insurance schemes including Workers Compensation (nationally), Life Insurance, and CTP.

Transcend Rehabilitation's approach to case management is holistic, person-focused, and outcome-orientated aiming to settle for nothing less than the best possible healthcare delivery as well as enabling rapid functional recoveries & return to work for those who have sustained traumatic personal injuries 

Our case management practice is driven by a forward-thinking and cohesive strategy, always placing the individual at the core of the personal injury rehabilitation process whilst never losing sight of the needs and requirements of our stakeholder customers. 

Apart from my professional and business pursuits, I am passionate about lifestyle medicine, engaging in natural wellness practices, teaching yoga, meditation, ancient wisdom, philosophy, travelling and photography. These interests not only enrich my personal life but also enhance my professional practice as well as approach to business, allow the provision of well-rounded and compassionate services to our/my customers and clients.
