Build commercial and business cases for board approval - working with finance to ensure  projects meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures and analysing variances

Submitting project status reports to stakeholders, reviewing issues, anticipating and reacting to change and ensuring effective and efficient implementation of the project(s)

Management of post go-live review to ascertain learning's 

Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

Strategic Development Project Manager

To create and develop the documentation required to support the delivery of qualifications delivered by the Training Room.  A key part of this role is to ensure that the documentation provided fully supports the learning experience of all the candidates. This involves the creation of:-
-	Manuals (text books)
-	Course syllabus and guidance 
-	Associated assessment criteria/theory examinations

Qualifications Developer/ Lead Tutor
