I've been posting 5 days per week on LinkedIn for around 3 years now. 

Here's 7 things I've learnt about consistently showing up: 

(the honest AF / unfiltered version that ChatGPT would never be able to come up with muahahaha)

1. What's your REASON for being consistent? 

If it's rooted in trying to get a result quickly, you're probably going to fail. The reason I think it's been relatively 'easy' for me to be consistent is because I am constantly focused on the bigger picture and the long term. 

I write a LinkedIn post because: 

- I want to show up for my community 
- I want to show up for my mission 
- I want to be a walking example of self-leadership for my clients

Most people think the result is the motivator, when in fact it's the by-product. 

2. What TF are you trying to say? 

I write about things I care about. 

For me, that's entrepreneurship feeling alive and creative. Rising through setbacks, and allowing your business to be an expression of your calling. 

So I never have a problem thinking "what do I post" 

Because I know who I am, what I stand for and what my business stands for. 

3. I learnt to see writing as an exercise, and skill that is best practiced and refined over time.

I love writing. 

I love sharing stories, the things I've learnt, the wisdom from the crazy experiences I've had in my short 30 years so far. 

I don't see writing as a task, I see it as an exercise. One that makes me a better CEO, leader, creator, life artist. 

4. I curated a writing habit. 

For a while this was a healthy habit: 
💚 writing every morning. 

Then it turned into an unhealthy habit: 
🤔 writing late at night to make sure I'd scheduled my post for the next day. 

Then it turned into a healthy habit: 
🤌🏼 writing a bunch of content at once. 

I've been through ups and downs.

Either way the result was the same: post every day. 

5. Have accountability 

I've got quite used to the mantra: 
"do what you say you will do"

But sometimes that can be kinda toxic because if I slip up on one of my 38482 ideas and commitments, I can give myself a hard time. 

I think a lot of high performing, high functioning creators and entrepreneurs do this. 

But then I also added in my amazing team member who reminds me by saying: Georgia are you posting today? 

The answer is the same every day: yes. 

But she still asks me and I rate that. 

6. Sounds corny, but ENJOY the process

I don't sit down to ChatGPT and ask it to write all my content.

I really value authentically written content. 

So kudos to you if you like your simple messaging formula that your chatbot writes for you, but I don't like that. 

I like writing for the art of it.  

7. I don't care about people using AI chatbots to comment 

My mission is more important than what other people are doing.

That’s why visibility on LinkedIn doesn’t work like other platforms.

Inside my world right now are women who sign high ticket clients without ever once going viral. 

Because you don’t need everyone.

You need the right people.

A few years ago, I started noticing something strange happening on LinkedIn. 

I was watching people grow big followings.

10k. 30k. 60k.

And quietly… they couldn’t monetise any of it.

(I know this because I networked a lot and they would openly tell me...)

Meanwhile, my own audience was smaller at the time, but LinkedIn was already my #1 sales channel

A few months ago I asked for some guidance, and the answer came very clearly everywhere I looked.

Often if I’m stuck on something, I’ll ask the Universe, God, a higher power.

And I got a very clear answer: 

“Follow your passions”

So I got to work.

I love my work, as it’s my own business that involves me creating new things, and sharing my learnings with others.

But after a few months of this

…I started to feel drained.

“What is going on?!” I kept thinking.

I’m following my passions. 
Working everyday. 

Yet somehow feel tired
Drained. 

Until last I realised.

Ohhhhh.

Follow your passions doing NOT mean “keep working”, or “work harder”

Follow your passions.

Your passions. 

I realised for this guidance to be effective, especially in the world we live in today where so many people are guided to make your work your passions. 

You need to take a step back. 

First of all, you have to notice where your passions actually live.

For me, they show up when I’m dancing
…when my body moves before my mind has time to think.

I notice my passions most clearly when I’m writing.
…when the words start coming faster than I can edit them, and my thoughts stop start pouring onto the page messy, unfiltered. 

I look at them and smile because they feel so REAL!! 

They show up when I’m exploring love 
…not the rom-com version, but what it means to love through the harder times, and see people as humans in an otherwise chaotic world of social media screens and a world curated to encourage us to compete, compare, and mock each other.

They show up when I’m lost in art
…or when I look at a tree and see every branch like a work of art.

And they show up when I fall into the world of ancient civilisations.
…when I study Egypt, Cleopatra, the temples, the rituals and it feels like remembering something my soul already knows.

A time when women in power wasn’t unusual, it was worshiped.

When power wasn’t loud and aggressive. 

It was elegant, intuitive, magnetic.

These are my passions.

Of course passions aren’t work! 

And when you love what you do, they can often get muddled up.

But really taking a minute to re-discover what my “passions” actually are. 

Where they live and where they come from.

...is what leads to your best ever work!!

This revelation has led to me writing for days and days. 

Pouring out ideas and visions for a new project that will be for sure my grandest creation yet. 

I can't wait to announce it. 

But like all good art, it's taking time, and I'm allowing for that.

I've got a confession to make. 

I've been posting consistently on LinkedIn for a few years now, and something has started to happen. 

I became known as the one who quit her 6 figure job, and moved to Ibiza to host retreats. 

It was amazing, and I had the time of my life. 

But after 4 years in Ibiza... I knew it was time for a change. 

I collected so many priceless memories in my 20's that I'd never take back. 

(here I am talking like a grandma when I'm still the ripe age of 30, hahaha) 

Now, in 2026 I've moved back to the UK. 

I'm still by the sea (thank you God) 

And it feels really exciting, but also really scary.  

There's a pressure I started to feel at the beginning of this year. 

And I've noticed my writing started to feel quite formulaic. 

I kinda noticed what works on LinkedIn, and there's a temptation to rinse and repeat... because when a formula works, it works. 

But in other ways I kinda lost my real voice. 

I started getting sooo much traction from the posts where I spoke about money milestones, and tactical business strategy. 

So my roots of personal growth, spirituality and a higher purpose kinda took a back seat. 

Yet BTS, here I've been...

- Pulling oracle cards
- Tapping into a higher purpose for my next move 
- Writing my first novel for no other reason other than I have felt a calling to write it

But you guys might not have known that cos I made a lot of posts about "how to grow your LinkedIn" ;) 

Yes, I've made my way on LinkedIn, and I'll still share valuable insights on that. 

But in 2026, I feel a craving for a deeper conversation. 

I'm feeling an incredibly strong urge not to chase trends or "try" to grow a following. 

But to create from a place of having something to say. 

To create something that lasts.

A legacy of sorts. 

Which I think we can all create really. 

So in 2026 you're going to find me writing a lot more about: 

- Long form social media content & how I'm going all in on this on LinkedIn, Youtube, Substack, and my book. 

- What it's like to building a business you realllyyyy care about, not just for the sake of numbers, or income goals, but for the sake of what you're creating in this world. 

- What it's like being a woman who is wildly ambitious in a world that kinda hates that about women. 

- Taking big leaps, evolving your business, trusting yourself, and listening deeply to what you really want to create, rather than the noise of what will " do well" 

I honestly can't wait for what might come from this year. This has felt like my favourite post I've written in a long time.

You don’t have a problem with being seen on LinkedIn.

You have a problem with what you actually stand for.

You’re posting. 

& you're super consistent. 

But you’re still not signing the high ticket clients as much as you'd like to from your content.

Most people are focusing on keeping up, and falling into the content hamster wheel.

It's exhausting.

It's also a bad strategy.

You're trying to keep up with your posts, rather than build a genuine connection with humans on the other side of the screen. 

And then you wonder wondering why you're not signing $10k+ clients every day.

Content is at it's most powerful, when you're driven my purpose.

And in 2026 truth, depth, connection, and authenticity are going to be way more popular than any 3 tips you can recycle... 

Which is exactly why I am focusing on long form content in 2026 ↓

Long form = depth 
👉🏼 People have time to get to know the YOU behind your brand when you spend more time with them

Nuance is extremely necessary 
👉🏼 Nuance is possible in longer form. You can go deeper on the point you want to make, add more context, and people are able to trust your perspective as a leader with these longer form nuances. 

Connection is a natural result
👉🏼 People feel so much more connected to you when they spend more time with you. 

Business growth becomes long term 
👉🏼 It's not just about a quick sale, it's about why people buy into your brand for the long haul. And when you have repeat customers, you never "need" new customers, it just becomes an added benefit. 

Too much short form content means your post never really connects on that deeper level, so of course they won’t convert.

The ethos of purpose first has got me to where I am today. 

And I’ve closed $500k from LinkedIn because my posts have often been longer, but also, they take you to other longer form spaces too. 

It becomes an ecosystem. 

LinkedIn -> Live masterclasses -> Email -> Telegram group (repeat) 

In 2026, I am adding more long form. 

I'll keep LinkedIn because I love it, and the fact that sharing expertise goes a very long way with the right kinda people. 

I'll add on Youtube, so that I can express my ideas more fully and people can gain more from a longer video. 

I'll also add Substack, cos I love writing and I see a huge opportunity.

In 2025, whilst everyone was complaining about it being so "hard" to grow on LinkedIn... 

I grew my 40,000 NEW followers, and my business hit 500k in revenue. 

Yes, in 2022 it was very easyyy and low entry to grow on LinkedIn.

So come 2025, people started complaining. 

But in 2026 the opportunity is still absolutely HUGE. 

To make the most of this, you need to be asking the right questions. 

This is the ONE question to ask yourself if you want to grow on LinkedIn in 2026: 

“Where is there demand… but no one owning it properly?”

That question changed my entire business.

When I first started posting on LinkedIn, I was talking about retreats, yoga, meditation, and the "soft skills" that the platform was desperately lacking.

And everyone was so done with traditional blue/white collar advice.
