One of my prospects was charged an extra £4,000…


For paying 1 day late 😳

Now, don’t get me wrong…

We all don’t like late payers…

And chasing people for payment can be a pain in the ass!

But adding £4,000 on is a joke!

This meant they’d paid a high % for someone…

And an extra £4,000 and wasn’t even told that there was a late payment fee!

No transparancy! ❌

At Fresh, transparency is so important for us…

Paying £45,000 to recruit 3 positions is bonkers! 🤯


I had a call with a lovely guy recently about his recruitment…

And he told me that they’ve been working with an agency who was charging them 20% placement fees…

Which is a very high amount…

Although, it’s not the highest I’ve seen…

But it’s still up there!

These roles did require some technical qualifications and skills…

And we worked it out based on £75k salaries…

That was around the £45,000 mark for all 3 positions 😲

After a few calculations on my side…

We worked out with Fresh, he was looking at around £19,000 for us to recruit all 3 positions…

Saving a whopping £25,000! 🙌🏼

This is why I’m proud of our time based model…

Because I get to save businesses so much money!

I’m now looking at partnering up with this gentleman…

And helping him to build an elite team and save some money and time along the way 😁

Yesterday I was speed dating…


I mean speed networking!!! 🤣

The amount of people at the event that kept getting dating and networking mixed up was hilarious! 😆 

But it was a first for me…

And I really enjoyed it!

It was the Rush Hour event sponsored by NORi HR and Employment Law…

At Crow Wood Hotel & Spa 🧖‍♀️

I seen so many familiar faces…

And had a fab time!

I pretended to be a Police Officer 👮 


Not in a bad way 😂

But to a child who’s mum was going to lose her ship at any moment! 

Whilst out shopping…

There was a child that was giving his mum a hard time…

And after a few calm warnings to her child…

I could feel the mum getting angry…

But also really embarrassed 😞 

So, when the child was making a fuss and throwing himself on the floor…

I walked over and pretended I was a police officer 👮 

And if the child continued with his behaviour…

I would have no choice but to take him to jail 🤦🏻‍♀️

It worked! 

The child behaved the rest of the way round…

And the mum was very grateful 🙏🏼
