I set up Sparkes Recruitment ⚡️, as an agency specialising specifically in permanent recruitment with a headhunting offering. 

Based in, but not limited to, God's own country - beautiful Yorkshire, I work with a wide range of clients from boutique, regional, national, and global companies. 

From Newly Qualified Solicitors to Partners, I work in partnership with candidates and clients to help inform and develop long-term career goals and recruitment strategies respectively.
