My breakthrough came with Branzio watches, a passion project turned into a successful global business.

Grew business 380% in ~4 year leadership tenure. Worked in service of 10 exceptional direct reports and some ~200 partners in our channel partner ecosystem.

Designed programs for three distinct partner tiers, maximizing revenue whilst minimizing channel conflict.

Change management expertise - nicknamed "Salmon Man" for leading the cross-departmental philosophical shift to successfully scale our business.

Head of Faronics' North American Channel

Responsible for leading a team to develop a business line for a PC Power Management Solution called Power Save.

Grew business from $0 to become a multi-million dollar run rate business equating to 25% of the companies revenues at its peak.

Effective Product Management experience obtained during efforts to fix early technical problems prohibiting the adoption of Power Save.

Liaised with utility companies across North America to design rebate programs in support of customers adopting our energy management technology.
