I’m a big believer in blending technology with human connections. After starting as an AIESEC alum, I spent over a decade in the corporate world with TMI, DHL, Electrolux, and Farnell. I learned to align teams and drive results. In 2016, I founded MAN Digital. It helps B2B companies grow by solving their sales, marketing, and CX operational challenges. In 2023, I earned my Executive MBA at Quantic Business and Technology University. It sharpened my skills in aligning teams and driving revenue.

My take? Data Hub for sure - last year's releases made it a genuinely powerful engine for manipulating HubSpot and external data. 

And Help Desk - I just ran a demo for an enterprise client with complex, multi-entity architecture, and it held up across the board.

💎 CONTRACT OBJECT

If you work in RevOps or SaaS, this is a big deal.

For years we've been forcing the Deal object to do two jobs. Close the sale and track the ongoing contract. It was always a hack.

Now there's a dedicated Contract object that helps operationalizing the right-hand side of the bowtie:

1. Deal closes → Contract is auto-generated from the CPQ quote

2. Mid-term changes (upgrades, downgrades, prorations) go through change quotes, and contract updates automatically

3. Renewals have their own flow, linked to the original contract

4. Terminations are handled directly on the contract record

🔓 What does this actually unlock?

- Real revenue reporting. Spread a $120k deal across billing months based on actual billing schedules.

- Clean data architecture. Deals stay for pipeline and sales context. Contracts become the system of record for dates, SLAs, pricing, and renewal triggers.

- No more renewal pipeline hacks. Renewals are a first-class flow, not a workaround.

We've been building revenue allocation logic in Google Sheets/ BigQuery to compensate for exactly this gap.
