👋 Hi, I’m a founder and builder of things.
My superpowers: business operations, strategy, and leadership.

Over the past 5 years, I’ve built cross-border teams of 50+ people and launched multiple ventures from scratch, and helped tons of operators.

I also failed tons and lost a bunch of money. 
Rebounded. 
Restarted. 

One thing I’ve come to understand about myself:

- Communications tasks revolving around development co-operation and fundraising
- Managed a communication and global education project with responsibilities of the budget, activity planning and execution and reporting

In my role I was responsible for the internal communications locally at Nokia Espoo campus.

I was responsible for creating a variety of content for internal and external communications. Main tasks included a monthly newsletter, internal information sharing via email and intranet page updates, company events and marketing, as well as photos, videos, podcasts and interviews for different digital channels, including company social media.

Created communication strategies and acted as the communication responsible in various projects.

Intern in journalism and content writing

As a communications specialist with a MA in Communication, Digital Media from the University of Vaasa, I have developed a diverse set of skills and experiences in the field. I am passionate about creating engaging and impactful content for various audiences and channels, using different formats and tools.

Previously  I worked as a communication specialist at Nokia, where I was responsible for the internal and external communications at the Espoo campus. I produced text, photo, and video content for social media, newsletters, podcasts, and events, as well as communication strategies and plans. I also participated in projects related to brand and campus improvement and collaborated with various partners and universities. 

I am currently looking for my next career step in a place where I can always learn new things and contribute to meaningful causes. Work related to the environment, nature and animals is always close to my heart.
