I also failed tons and lost a bunch of money. 
Rebounded.

My role at Systam Oy was to lead the transformation journey to make the company a more mature and future-ready organisation, poised for the next era of growth.

I had the following responsibilities
- Member of the management team with change management agenda
- Sales operations and team management incl. best practices, CRM excellence
- International operations incl. KONE partnership incl. sales training for 200+ sales reps
- CS team management incl. implementation of concept of commercial mindset
- HR processes incl. providing coaching services to all employees, implementation of pulse survey, 
- a framework for continuous strategic thinking and planning and to support operational excellence 

Key milestones and concrete achievements:
📈Annual two-digit sales growth at a profitable rate from 1,2 Me to 2Me
🚀Customer satisfaction growth 4.24 -> 4.4 (2019 - 2023)
🌍Expansion of the  installed base of visitor management service to seven countries
🤝In total ten recruitments of which two were strategic ones for positions (dev team lead/architect and marketing manager) which had been open for two years in several recruitment agencies
🏥Planning and commercialization of an unprecedented visitor management concept for hospital visitor management, where patients can give relatives/guests access rights to the ward.
☁️launch of product management concept to support determined growth and development of the SaaS service

Askel Healthcare is an innovative startup founded in 2017 in Helsinki and it has brought a game-changing cartilage repair solution called COPLA(r) Scaffold to the veterinary orthopedic market. My tasks include planning, budgeting, and executing all sales activities including direct sales as well as building a global key account network. Moreover, I was involved in bringing our solution to the human market. I left the company to ensure the company had enough runway towards human clinical.

Veterinary Diagnostic Consultant

Listed on NASDAQ since 1991 and a member of the S&P 500, IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. (IDXX) is the global leader in veterinary diagnostics, software, and water microbiology testing.

I was responsible for the full capital equipment portfolio for Finnish veterinary clinics and hospitals and succeeded in this role mainly due to building and nurturing good customer relationships. I joined negotiations with corporate accounts during significant market changes (Animagi and Univet deals and the merger of those). Joined and won all public tenders during the time. I was at my best while being able to assess the business of customers and being part of their development plan by offering new tools and ways to work.

Palodex Group Oy designs, manufactures, sells and markets high-quality dentomaxillofacial and ENT imaging equipment and solutions for demanding international customers. Palodex Group is part of the global Kavo Kerr Group, belonging to NYSE listed Danaher Corporation.

I provided technical support and training for our international distributors with having a focus in extra oral products  (Orthopantomograph OP300, OP200 and OP30). Joined also frequently to conferences and fairs to support sales. I was also an after sales member of product development team for assigned products
