👋 Hi, I’m a founder and builder of things.
My superpowers: business operations, strategy, and leadership.

Over the past 5 years, I’ve built cross-border teams of 50+ people and launched multiple ventures from scratch, and helped tons of operators.

I also failed tons and lost a bunch of money. 
Rebounded. 
Restarted. 

One thing I’ve come to understand about myself:
I’m really good at the “next customer” and “initial traction” stages.

I might not be your guy for scaling to $10M,

Why do I keep organizing these events?


Energy is contagious.

And founders need it.

I try to bring my energy and creativity into the room so other entrepreneurs can see the bright future ahead - and keep choosing the hard path.

But the truth is…

It works both ways.

When I see other founders persevere, ship, and step outside their comfort zone, my own problems suddenly look smaller.

I get inspired too.

That’s why I keep doing this.

I just paid a 137,39 € penalty (to Vero) for a 100 € freelancer payment that was handled incorrectly last year.

Small sum.
Won’t bankrupt me.
Still hurts to pay a penalty for something that small  🤣

The mistake?
The freelancer wasn’t in the payment register.

So instead of paying an invoice, it should’ve been processed as salary.

Hope this saves someone else 137,39 €

One reason you were supposed to be pitching in a sauna.
(And it’s not what you think.)

I was at the Sisu Factory sauna pitching event.

At first it looks like a usual startup thingy.

But the real value has nothing to do with pitching.

It’s about learning to communicate better.

Communication is hard.
Communicating concisely is even harder.

I’ve seen professional speakers lose the opportunity because of mumbling smth.

Because the message was unclear.

Sauna format is simple.

No slides.
No stage tricks.
No hiding behind a deck.

Just you explaining what you do (almost naked :D ) .

It forces clarity.
It forces structure.
It forces you to actually say the thing in a way people understand.

In the end, you are your own judge.

And in a highly international environment like Helsinki, communicating clearly is essential.

So yes, pitching in sauna - weird.

But it’s actually a great communication exercise.

Don’t underestimate human connections.

This week my phone rang.

It was a potential new business partner.

He called because someone recommended me.

And that happened for one simple reason:

I showed up before.
And I delivered.
Consistently.

Don’t get me wrong.

I loooooove AI and technology.

But you don’t need another tool or agent to start doing the most important thing.

Show up.

Show up for people around.

Show up for customers.

Over time something interesting happens.

Your network starts working for you.

Calls start coming in.

Opportunities appear.

But it only happens if you start showing up first.
