Yesterday was one of those days. when I was swamped with housework.

I thought I couldn’t survive a week in Vietnam, but the 30-day trip taught me more than I imagined ✨

It didn’t change my life, but it did change my perspective.

1. A new environment resets your mind more than a “break” ever will 🏞️

You don’t need a vacation, you need distance from your routine.

Working from cafés, lakesides, and new streets did more for my clarity than taking a day off ever has.

2. Build a team before you think you’re ready 🤝🏻

Real freedom comes from knowing things move even when you’re not available.

I could step back without things falling apart. Client work moved, deadlines were met, and everything ran smoothly

3. Prioritise your health while you’re young 🏃‍♀️

Trekking the caves in Ninh Binh and Halong Bay made me realise how much harder this would’ve been if I was 50.

Your energy is an asset, don’t waste it.

4. Leaving your comfort zone helps you leave your insecurities behind 🩵

I’m usually self-conscious, but Vietnam changed that.

I wasn’t constantly overthinking things; I was being present.
Maybe it was the people, maybe it was the place… but it felt freeing.

5. Build a business that supports your life, not one that traps you 💻

Being able to work 2–3 hours a day and still keep things running is a blessing.

Freedom is all about choosing how you work.

6. Constraints don’t ruin an experience, they shape it 🍣

Food options were limited for us as Muslims.

But it pushed us to explore more intentionally, and honestly made the entire month more memorable.

7. Don’t postpone life for a “better time” ⏳

Travel now, explore now, and experience life. 

Half the things you can do today won’t feel as easy 15 years later.

↳ Personal branding is not posting motivational quotes.

Personal branding is showing how you think repeatedly, until people trust your judgment.

↳ Personal branding is not going viral.

Personal branding is getting in front of the right 500 people who buy, refer, or open doors.

↳ Personal branding is not having a nice banner and a Canva template.

Personal branding is having a clear POV, a repeatable message, and a reputation you can cash in on.

↳ Personal branding is not chasing engagement.

Personal branding is shaping demand, so people come to you already convinced.

↳ Personal branding is not “tell your story.”

Personal branding is choosing the right story, framing it with intent, and linking it to the problem you solve.

↳ Personal branding is not letting the algorithm decide your audience.

Personal branding is engaging strategically so the algorithm learns exactly who to show you to.

↳ Personal branding is not perfection.

Personal branding is consistency, the one thing 99% of people never master long enough to see results.

If you’re building your brand on LinkedIn, focus on clarity, relevance, and distribution.

Not aesthetics or virality.

But I also learned things I could’ve never Googled my way into.

The difference between who I was then and who I am now is simple:

I decided to take action.

Here’s the truth no one wants to admit:
→ You’ll never feel ready.

STEP 1 — TURN THEIR REALITY INTO A VILLAIN

1. Live Chat

Using the live chat, I help NHS staff by answering their questions and resolving issues in real-time. I keep the conversation friendly and professional while trying to provide quick solutions to any IT issues.

2. Network Accounts

When a new member of staff joins the NHS I create new user accounts for staff on Active Directory, assigning the necessary permissions for resource access. I manage Ndrive access for file storage and retrieval and set up shared mailboxes to enhance team collaboration. This ensures a smooth onboarding process and provides new staff with the tools they need from the start.

3. Phone 

Using the phones I handle the reactivation of user accounts and unlock accounts over the phone, ensuring staff can quickly regain access. I guide them through basic IT issues with clear instructions, helping them resolve their concerns effectively. My aim is to provide reliable support that minimizes downtime and enhances their overall productivity.

4. Queue Management 

Queue management focuses on unlocking staff accounts, reactivating accounts, and resetting passwords. I also chase tickets for pending IT approvals to ensure that requests are handled promptly. This approach helps maintain efficiency and keeps the workflow smooth for everyone involved.

5. Back up chat

Back up chat support, involves managing situations where there are too many chats. I step in to pick up a few chats to ensure that everyone gets the help they need promptly. Additionally, I work with Ndrives and shared mailboxes, making sure to add these on accounts of staffs who need this when a ticket is logged. This helps maintain organization and efficiency within the team.
