Part of my job was to guarantee that everything from bare copper cabling to system configuration and development was done correctly, as per standards and customers needs and orders. Project management being natural part of it. Working in a small team I also had to react to incidents and fix systems with limited time, tools and information. Most projects also included consultations and training how use the newest and best technologies out there that could benefit the customer.

I am passionate about helping people create and re-conquer their time to do things that matter - be it going to the gym, family time or time for the 1001 projects that make our souls sing. Based on my seek&tweak methodology I've helped time-pressed clients set new routines, mood manage and re-discover their goals and zest for living. Mood is key to moving mountains and being kinder to yourself + using playful efficiency is what gets things done.

In my former life as a general counsel and former executive of a listed company, I've seen talents broken by promotions to jobs that don't fit them; I've had clients come to me who are losing their will to live over having too much stress over too many things to do. I teach - in my app and trainings - simple life hacks and brain hacks that help my clients feel better, get rid of unnecessary clutter (in their life and mind) and stay focused on what they truly want.

Previous legal positions made me curious about mediation and that's how I found my way to conflict prevention (dispute avoidance) based on detection of recurring past problem patterns. 
As a former attorney-at-law focussing on corporate law and international transactions I have observed first hand how the way cooperation starts is likely how it will also end - which is why helping companies future-proof partnerships based on common values is a pet hobby of mine.

I am sometimes called on as an arbiter by the Estonian Chamber of Commerce & Industry and on occasion help clients amicably settle their business divorces.

I have trained attorneys, judges and labour dispute committee members in negotiations and mediation. I am currently a visiting lecturer of Negotiations 101 at the Estonian Business School (EBS) and former lecturer of private international law (specialising in international commercial contracts) in the University of Tartu. I have a PhD from the University of Cambridge (the UK) and a B.A. equivalent in psychology from the University of Tartu.
