Part of my job was to guarantee that everything from bare copper cabling to system configuration and development was done correctly, as per standards and customers needs and orders. Project management being natural part of it. Working in a small team I also had to react to incidents and fix systems with limited time, tools and information. Most projects also included consultations and training how use the newest and best technologies out there that could benefit the customer.

Worked on different business processes automation projects as an full-stack web developer on contract basis. Built mostly tools for management but also some bigger project like in-house queue system. Most of my tools are being used even today, that is up-to 10 years after last maintenance.

1. IT doesn't have to be complicated - simplify to drive down costs and up your efficiency
2. Security doesn't have to be hard - nail the basics, and you are halfway there
3. Overtime won't save you - well-managed systems will save you money, and time and are more resilient
