In addition to Lara’s coaching practice, she is the proprietress of a 16th-century manor house in the English countryside called Shore Hall. Lara is also an avid gardener, cocktail mixologist, and jigsaw puzzler. After 25 years of living in New York City, she relocated to the United Kingdom, satisfying her rather relentless sense of adventure. Lara is now living in Kingston Upon Thames with her family and rambunctious rescue hound.
