With 38 years of extensive experience in the Office Technology Industry, Roger Amir has demonstrated a deep and enduring commitment to advancing the mission and vision of Mitronics Corporation. His wealth of knowledge, dedication, and leadership have been instrumental in steering the company towards success and innovation. Under his guidance, Mitronics Corporation has not only weathered the ever-evolving landscape of office technology but has thrived, establishing itself as a trusted and pioneering player in the field. Roger Amir's visionary leadership and expertise have undoubtedly played a pivotal role in the continued growth and prosperity of Mitronics Corporation.

Roger Amir has led Mitronics Corporation to not only excel in the business sector but has also made a significant impact in the community. Through Roger's dedication and advocate for community engagement Mitronics Corporation sponsor and support over 35 Sporting Clubs and Charities and has consistently demonstrated his commitment to giving back to the community.

Roger also serves as NSW Council of Governors Board Member, with the American Chamber of Commerce of Australia.

My passion is innovation, and helping people succeed - thats where I get my kicks! 


Background

Co-Founded BSI (www.bsi.com.au) for the sole purpose of helping entrepreneurs, business owners and leaders grow, through collaboration and learning- and assist them in creating their generational legacies (which in turn will help me build mine!).

I understand the Entrepreneur's  pain and what makes him/her tick. The reason why is because I am an entrepreneur.... and have been through the ups and downs that goes with being one!!  These are the people that build business, groups, cities and countries, help them connect and improve their standards of living. 

We connect Entrepreneurs,  SMEs and Business Leaders to People and Money, and in so doing, we help them grow their business. I founded BSI and am a Director of Business Strategies International (BSI) , BSI Finance , BSI Learning, 10X (business coach)  Ark Total Wealth ,  and Referron.

I am focussed on  Leadership, , Building Your Business, Commercialisation, Connecting and other Stuff - and am a passionate blogger (google bsivc) .  I am  passionate about bringing together CEOs , SMEs, early stage companies and Government  by Referring and connecting , hence BBG, our BSI Investor Forum and of course REFERRON 

Personal Stuff

Emigrated 39 years ago from South Africa having been born in ZImbabwe (and starting to settle down :), and am a passionate supporter of Australia and everything Australian!  

I am married to Robyn with 2 awesome daughters,  Tanya and Heidi,  and 2 gorgeous Granddaughters , Maya and Sienna , who keep me under control! (thank the Lord the girls look like their mothers!) 

Golf, family good wine  and hiking around Sydney is where I spend my downtime .

Some things you might like to know about me 

To me, things need to be fair and transparent and the core non negotiable is the ability to have trust! 

I am not an easy baby - but am known for being fair and giving it all!!
