I help experts with an audience create courses that leave a legacy.

They've honed their expertise over many years but worry that when they retire, their unique approach will be forgotten.

They've blazed a path through the jungle of challenges in their field, and they've found a better way, but they don't yet know how to guide an entire group to reach that destination

They may even have tried to help others learn their strategies and found that teaching effectively is a challenge.  We can tell people what to do and give examples, yet often, something is missing that lets them go from novice to proficient and eventually to master.

We need a systematic approach to teaching that lets us accelerate learning.
What I do is help you create that path to faster learning.

Twenty years ago, I was a public school teacher. Later, I designed the training program for a coaching organization. After that, they went from certifying one or two coaches a decade to certifying a group every year.

My clients say that I take the overwhelm out of designing a learning program. And most importantly, their students become highly skilled.

Directed all store operations with responsibility for guiding and supporting management team and staff members to ensure maximum sales growth and operational efficiency. Supervised 3 Department Managers and 50 store employees and provide hands-on training, including merchandising and store-lay-out/planning. Managed relationships with vendors and coordinate repairs and services. Managed customer service, including hands-on involvement and support for escalated issues with focus on efficient resolution and complete satisfaction. Oversaw timely and accurate completion of store audits. Supported human resources functions, ensuring all paperwork is completed, processed, and maintained. Served on Loss Prevention Committee with responsibility for overseeing safety and shrink within store. Conducted regular meetings to facilitate open communication regarding cross-functional operations. Collected, analyzed, and submitted reports detailing specific data, including sales activities.
