I help experts with an audience create courses that leave a legacy.

They may even have tried to help others learn their strategies and found that teaching effectively is a challenge.  We can tell people what to do and give examples, yet often, something is missing that lets them go from novice to proficient and eventually to master.

We need a systematic approach to teaching that lets us accelerate learning.
What I do is help you create that path to faster learning.

Twenty years ago, I was a public school teacher. Later, I designed the training program for a coaching organization. After that, they went from certifying one or two coaches a decade to certifying a group every year.

My clients say that I take the overwhelm out of designing a learning program. And most importantly, their students become highly skilled.

Directed the activities of 10 Contract Managers at Headquarters and three satellite offices while overseeing all phases of Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract management for approximately $200M in federal contracts annually. Partnered with stakeholders including Senior Management, Business Development, and Engineering to negotiate terms and conditions of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Operating Agreements, Joint Ventures, and Strategic Alliance Agreements. Negotiated contract language and pricing with Contract Specialists, Contracting Officers, DCAA Auditors, Contracts Managers, CEOs, and CFOs. 
♣	Won $150M in new contracts per annum
♣	Collaborated with the Quality Assurance Director to develop a company-wide purchasing procedure compliant with AS9100 and ISO Quality Management Systems eliminate redundancies and streamline purchasing procedures. 
♣	Accelerated the development of contracts, amendments, and Statements of Work (SOW).
♣	Initiated contract closeouts and collected $1M in outstanding dollars per annum.
♣	Instituted a series of internal processes to optimize Strategic Sourcing including gathering market information, developing a supplier portfolio, and managing supplier relationships. Established monthly conference calls, interactive meetings and provided a support system for staff.
♣	Streamlined the Purchase Requisition process by designing and developing a company-first internal purchasing training program. Collaborated with engineering staff to provide a comprehensive inaugural program directed at cross-functional levels of staff.
♣	Maintained repository for supplier contracts.
♣	Identified areas for continuous improvement initiatives for internal contract management processes and contract compliance to company leaders.

Directed a support staff of 9 and two team subcontractors with the budgetary responsibility of $1 million annually for work performed in 5 states.
Achieved outstanding customer service and fully accountable for purchasing, vendor sourcing, tracking financing data, overseeing invoicing and accounting system reconciliation, meeting contract deliverable deadlines for over 183 EPA sites.
Cultivated 100% growth in new work generated under contract.
Upgraded quality of products delivered to customer by reducing labor hours using updated software systems. Mentored and promoted cross-training of professional-level interdisciplinary staff.

Senior Project Manager

CHENEGA OPERATION SERVICES, LLC

Managed the maintenance of 600+ emergency response equipment related to hazardous materials response situations in four different warehouses for the EPA Region 3 Superfund Emergency Response Warehouse.
Selected full-time staff and launched an aggressive corrective action plan to address government statement of work issues and contract terms.
Initiated an emergency response contact network through a combination of in-house staff and subcontractors.
Renegotiated current contract to correct inaccurate government estimate. Adjustments in Other Direct Costs and Labor Hours resulted.

Senior Project Manager and Consultant

CLEANMASTER SERVICE, INC

Initiated day-to-day operations of marketing, obtained and maintained new business clients.
Interfaced with corporate, retail, hotel, university operations directors and general contractors.
Authored contract winning proposals, negotiated terms and conditions with customers and subcontractors.
Directed, tracked and managed subcontracted crews in over 250 retail sites.
Developed, implemented and customized maintenance plans based on architectural blueprints.
Provided superior customer service, and performed and made outsourcing decisions regarding bookkeeping, accounting,
and logistical tracking.
