After nearly two decades of living and working in New York, I returned to Slovenia, carrying something rare: not the theory of global business, but lived experience inside it. Inside teams. Inside decisions. Inside responsibility.
 
With a background as an elite athlete, entrepreneur, and executive mentor, I’ve built a boutique practice where strategy, language, identity, and decision-making meet.

In an era of AI and endless information, my clients don’t need more inputs. They need aspace where vision and direction can emerge, take form, and hold.

I’m known for stepping into complexity quickly, hearing what isn't said, and giving it words that restart momentum and steady leadership when the stakes are high and time is scarce.
