Automotive executive with more than 27 years of experience, including 25 years with Toyota.  My strengths include Lean Manufacturing, Production Engineering, and Managing Operations.  After retiring from a rewarding Toyota career, I began a new career with Martinrea International.  As Executive Director of Lean Manufacturing, I passionately lead the Lean transformation.

Shown below is the path that brought me to this point:

•	Two years as Global Director with Martinrea leading P&L Analyses to develop and implement strategies utilizing Lean Methodology to improve profitability across global business unit.
•	Six years Sr. Management experience in Toyota's North American Production Engineering Department.  Demonstrated successes in areas of operations improvement, new model introduction, new material/technology implementation, refurbishments, and new plant startup.
•	Three years leadership experience in Toyota's North American TPS implementation group (OMDD) leading production efficiency improvements, capacity adjustments, cost reductions, and quality improvements to reduce overtime and increase profitability.
•	Two years production management experience in Toyota's Georgetown, KY plant (TMMK). Demonstrated successes to achieve departmental KPI.
•	Five years Production Engineering management experience at Toyota's Georgetown, KY plant.  Create and Implement critical process parameters and systems to ensure process/vehicle integrity.
•	Eight years Production Engineering experience in all aspects of the Toyota Paint Department.
