Lead the strategic management of grants in alignment with funding requirements and organizational goals. Oversee the application and review process, leveraging cross-disciplinary collaborations to secure resources for various initiatives. Ensure compliance with financial guidelines while optimizing the allocation of funds to maximize overall growth.

Highlights of accomplishments in this role include:
• Secured a $2.5K emerging grant from the Washington State Arts Commission, supporting operational expenses from 2024 to 2025 through meticulous proposal preparation.

• Attained a $37,209,227 Sustained Support grant for 2025 by leading a successful application in a highly competitive process, reviewed by over 725 peer panels.

Executive Director

Responsible for overseeing theater operations, ensuring the seamless execution of productions and programs while managing resources effectively. Duties included supervising staff, coordinating facility use, and maintaining compliance with legal, safety, and organizational guidelines.

Led marketing and public relations efforts by crafting strategic campaigns to boost audience engagement, ticket sales, and community visibility. Fostered partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders to expand the theater’s reach and impact.

Collaborated with the Advisory Board to support governance activities, facilitate communication, and provide strategic insights to guide the theater’s growth and mission alignment.

Shelter + Care/Scattered Sites Housing Care Coordinator

Marion Street Enterprises, LLC

Develops engaging and impactful content as a screenwriter and author, contributing to diverse creative projects across various genres. Provides expert consultation for writing projects, including screenplays, books, and other written works, offering guidance on structure, narrative development, and character building.
