• Directed the development of H&M's digital ecosystem – web, social media, apps, mobile, database, digital newsletter, and video – from conception to execution, doubling e-commerce conversion rates and multiplying site visits from 2 million to over 20 million per month.
• Mentored a team of 15+ direct reports to execute global digital marketing strategies and communications, utilizing data analytics for product positioning and customer engagement.
• Achieved the #1 lifestyle spot in the Apple App Store in 38 countries for the H&M mobile app launch and multiple successful global e-commerce rollouts. 
• Fostered cross-functional and multi-brand collaboration throughout the H&M Group to reduce IT and digital marketing project and production costs by up to 50%.

Global Head of Digital Marketing and Strategy

Promoted to global role in Sweden overseeing hm.com, digital marketing, and social media after amassing over 500,000 social media followers in less than 6 months of implementing innovative digital strategies.

• Initiated H&M’s first global social media channels, amassing over 150 million followers worldwide.
