→ Exploring Options to overcome obstacles.
→ Defining the Way Forward to take action and commit to change.

This framework complements my approach, encouraging a structured yet flexible path to personal and professional development.

My affinity for art gave way to a talent in sales, where I discovered the joy of understanding and helping people.

My career journey, from sales to CEO, has been a platform for honing my skills in influencing, inspiring, and driving change. 

Each role reinforced my belief that true coaching is about sparking transformation, not just transferring knowledge.
