The challenge started with Design Monks.

The vision?

To build a global company - fully remote.
A place where anyone could work from anywhere in the world.
Where talent mattered more than location.
Where people wanted to work.
Wanted to learn.
Wanted to collaborate.

Alhamdulillah, we’ve been able to build that culture to a level I’m proud of.
But there was always one frustration in my heart as a designer-founder.

We would design incredible products.

But sometimes…
The development didn’t match the craft.

The magic that happens when design and development truly respect each other that synergy , was missing.

And I couldn’t ignore it anymore.
So instead of complaining about it…

We built it.

That’s how Dev Monks was born.
A natural evolution.
From idea → to design → to full-scale development.

From custom builds handling millions of users
to enterprise-level solutions.

No compromises in craftsmanship.
No gaps between vision and execution.

Just pure, aligned product building.

I don’t ask for much.
Just your prayers and support.

I just crossed 30 Today!
And honestly… birthdays don’t feel as exciting anymore. 👀

Somewhere between chasing goals and building companies,
you look up and realize -

A whole decade just passed.

In these 30 years, I’ve lost things.
I’ve gained things.
I’ve broken.
I’ve rebuilt.

And if I could sit with my 20-year-old self for one hour,
these are the lessons I’d share:

No one is coming to save you.
Not in your career.
Not in your mental health.
Not in your finances.
You have to become the hero of your own story.

Your body forgave you in your 20s.
After 30… it starts keeping records.
Invest in your health now.

Trying to make everyone happy is the fastest way to lose your own peace.
Saying “No” doesn’t make you rude.
It makes you self-aware.

Accept people as they are.
Don’t enter relationships hoping to “fix” someone.

A strong bank balance gives more peace than an expensive watch.
Money doesn’t buy happiness.
But it buys options.
And the power to say no.

As you grow, your circle gets smaller.
That’s maturity.
Quality will always beat quantity.

Motivation fades.
Discipline stays.
If you want something big, you must keep going even when you don’t feel like it.

Just because someone apologizes doesn’t mean your pain disappears.
Moving on is your decision - not theirs.

Don’t compare your behind-the-scenes struggle to someone else’s highlight reel.
Everyone’s grass looks greener from a distance.

Good people face bad moments.
Bad people sometimes win too.
Instead of asking, “Why me?”
Ask, “What should I do now?”

That shift changes everything.

30 feels less about celebration
and more about clarity.

Still learning.
Still building.
Still becoming.

If you’re in your 20s - start early.
If you’re in your 30s - stay intentional.

Life doesn’t slow down.

But your perspective can level up.

Sounds crazy, right?

Let me tell you the story. 👀
People often think success is about skills, money, or timing.

But honestly?

Something even more valuable decides your future.
Your network is worth more than your bank balance.

Who you hang out with...
Who you struggle with...
Who you fail with...

These are the people who decide your future.

Let me tell you about Adar.
He joined my very first startup as a Flutter Developer.

That startup? **It failed.**
It crashed and burned.

The business died.
But the brotherhood survived.

We went on to work at the same companies.
We took initiatives that failed again.
Life eventually took us in different directions.

But the universe works in funny ways.

Ador wanted to build something of his own.
At the same time, I was thinking about taking development seriously alongside design.

And suddenly…

The dots connected.
2 + 2 became 4.

Today, that "employee" is the **𝐂𝐓𝐎 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐞𝐯 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐤𝐬.**
𝐌𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫.

Steve Jobs once said:

"You can’t connect the dots looking forward.
You can only connect them looking backwards."

And he was right.

So build your network early.
Build your circle before you build your wealth.

Keep the good ones close.
You have no idea where the dots will lead.

Because in the end?
**Your Network is your Net Worth.**

I trusted a piece of rope with my life today.

It reminded me how most people live their lives.

I’m usually the one in control.

I run the meetings.
I sign the deals.
