Served as an Associate Project Manager on a learning and development team in the pharmaceutical industry.  My team made a variety of cutting edge assets for pharmaceutical companies to train their sales reps. I supported the Oncology Center of Excellence Project Management team in delivering projects on time to clients by facilitating the submissions process for multiple project managers and multiple ongoing projects.  

On my team, I was the lead in supervising over one hundred assets in the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory submissions process within Veeva Vault.  I participated in the MLR review process through linking and tagging, as well as uploading necessary documents and references.  I was often the final eyes before an asset is delivered to a client, and performed minor edits and quality checks.  

I maintained client-agency communication by  attending status calls, internal meetings, and was often in direct email communication with clients. When creating workshops for clients, I often would do the research and purchasing of workshop materials.  

One of my favorite aspects of the role was hiring diverse voice talent, directing voice talent, and editing the audio file for assets such as animations or eBooks.

I also did administrative work for the team such as processing invoices for projects and generating end--of-month expense reports for all projects.

-Coordinate, plan, and facilitate virtual compliance meetings through Zoom

-Wrote 34 funded project grants totaling over $10,000 of supplies donated to reach organizational goals

Tracked and analyzed data for program utilization of over 400 students, created resource guides to help staff and students use the program to its full potential, worked with administration to increase program usage, launched a competition across grade levels to help motivate students, wrote two Donor’s choose grants for over $1000 worth of prizes to help further increase engagement.

In the 2020-2021 school year, collaborated with two DEI leaders and six other facilitators to plan conversations about race and culturally responsive teaching.  Led and facilitated a Professional Learning Community (PLC) group to have honest and open conversations on race, systemic racism, and culturally responsive teaching.

-Designed over 100 original pieces of curriculum and content using Microsoft PowerPoint.
-Developed and implemented a custom 12 week-long curriculum for 120 course participants in one month’s time.

During my time in this role, I also served as Mastery Votes School Leader in the spring of 2019. This role involved collaborating with my principal and the Mastery PA Director of Advocacy and Organizing at Mastery Charter Schools to recruit staff and families to attend the Mastery Accountability Assembly and Candidates forum. The event was an opportunity for parents, students, and staff to hear directly from candidates running for Philadelphia City Council.

-Accepted into a highly selective AmeriCorps program to serve one year in a Title 1 elementary school of approximately 500 students. 
-Focused on improving students’ academic performance in literacy and math, as well as worked on reducing behavior alterations.
-Lead daily guided reading lessons totaling 2 hours a week providing differentiated lessons, provided at least one hour of intervention time per student on literacy and math lists—totaling over 15 hours of direct 1:1s, small group instruction and intervention time.
-Tracked usage and created tracking charts based on student’s usage of Lexia—an online literacy intervention program. Due to low engagement, launched a competition for 50 third grade students using Lexia—and usage rose to 90% compliance, and for some students’ usage increased at rates of 200-800%.  
-Partnered with teachers, staff, and parents to design and facilitate an afterschool tutoring and enrichment program for 100+ students

-Fostered the development of relationships of  30 - 120  residents, developing a positive living environment for residents while also facilitating the resolving of conflicts.
-Planned and implemented programs and events to assist students in transitioning to college and campus
-Counseled and advised first year students on academic and personal questions and concerns.
 Managed administrative duties: budgeting, maintenance requests, incident reports, and room transfers

Once I've completed the needs analysis and updated the stakeholders involved in the project, I backwards plan and create a scope and sequence.  I then design and develop the learning resources.
