Hi, I’m Thalathoty Sujith, an aspiring Product Manager with a strong background in sales, marketing, and automation. Is AI making content easier, or is it killing originality?

Everyone has a different opinion on this. Some say yes, some say no, and some say it’s all about AI × Human. But what’s actually happening in the creative space?

Let's say in the earlier we are writing content on LinkedIn, we used to come up with our own use cases, do our research, and then write the post.

But now, with GPT, many of us forget to think through multiple use cases. We simply ask GPT to give us the use cases, or even write the entire post, or provide a template where we just add a bit of personal flavor.

Using a template and writing around it is fine.
Copy-pasting everything? That’s the real problem.

Because anyone reading the post can easily sense it’s AI-generated, and slowly they’ll lose interest in your content. Your algorithm performance drops. This is exactly what’s happening to a lot of people in the content and creative space across all social media platforms.

On the other hand, people who still write human-generated content use GPT only to remove friction, mostly for basic research and analysis. GPT may give generic answers, so they still visit multiple websites to find the right insights. But GPT helps them in small ways, and their content stands out with better engagement.

I follow this second approach too.
