I founded ajunto, a SaaS that streamlines the collection and management of supporting documents for lawyers and their clients. Our mission: help small law firms (1–10 people) save valuable time with a simple, secure and user-friendly experience.

Founder 

Hired as the second person in the product team, I was part of the company’s journey from $10M to $30M in revenue.

I had the opportunity to lead the design, delivery, and iteration of key features, such as:
- A native waterfall enrichment algorithm (email and phone finder), scaling it from $0 to $800,000 in annual revenue (and profitable!), and from 0 to 20K Monthly Active Users (8 iterations)
- A 450M+ Leads database, including data providers benchmarking & implementation, growing from 0 to 15K Monthly Active Users (7 iterations)
- A complete revamp of our LinkedIn Chrome extension, adding in-layout features and rethinking the UX, resulting in an increase from 25K to 40K users (2 iterations)
- An overhaul of our lead-object model, migrating all our existing user base to a new model.
- A full redesign of the HubSpot integration to align with the complex sales team workflows and support high-MRR leads’ and clients’ needs.

In addition to my PM role, I was also involved in broader strategic and operational initiatives, including:
- Co-designing our Tech x Product process (aka betting table)
- The implementation of MixPanel as the main Product Analytics tool for the Product team.
- Building from scratch and maintaining strong partnerships with 20+ data providers
- Co-Leading cross-functional initiatives to improve internal processes, such as Product X Marketing, Product X Support, Product X Sales

Last project: creation of a custom wordpress plugin dedicated to reporting specific decrees directly on the website of a lawyer.

Leader in the real estate data market, Yanport supports professionals on a daily basis thanks to its solutions for all trades in the sector and its unique data warehouse.

Responsible for the "Agent 360" product at the national level (13,000 active users), I participated in the optimization of its marketing, the creation of its dedicated sales center and actively contributed to its development.
- Negotiation and large account demonstrations (Saas and API solutions)
- Commercial strategy: implementation of a complete strategy (sourcing, prospecting, demonstrations, automation of tasks, closing & reporting...)
- UX and web design: implementation & presentation of a complete product tour solution (via Usetiful)
- Web dev & API: Implementation of a PDF export tool for users
- Sales funnel optimization and automation (Pipedrive + Lemlist + Zoom + Calendly via Zapier)
- Discovery: referent of the Real Estate Agents target, active participation in Product workshops
- Knowledge management: drafting of multiple process documentations

Account executive

After starting my career in tech as a Sales, I quickly developed a strong passion for Product. Motivated by the ambition to join a promising startup as a PM, I took the initiative to strengthen my business skills while training, on my own time, in technical foundations (Le Wagon) and Product Management methodologies.

I then joined lemlist as one of the first Product Managers, playing a key role in scaling the company from $10M to $30M ARR. I led major product initiatives, from core feature development to internal processes, shaping both the product and the way Product & Tech operated.

Now.. I'm designing what’s next 🏃‍➡️
