Let’s briefly introduce myself. 

My name is Antonio. I’m a Product Manager with a passion for digital transformation, I leverage my skills in technology and people management to build successful products.🤓

As I said I’ve always taken the longest path. In video games you’ll probably see me discovering the map before achieving the main quest. 🗺️

I tend to replicated this game strategy in my career and studies. I appreciate long exploration as much as quick exploitation. 

The journey is more important than the destination. 🛣️>🏁

During this journey I faced 3 pivotal moments in my career 🤯:

1️⃣ When I worked with developers and wanted to code myself.

2️⃣ When I realized we can all scale by decorrelating time and money.

3️⃣ When I discovered you could automate and deliver application faster with no-code & AI.

Those moments made me realize Product Management was the right place for me. 🎯

I like exploring human problems, solving them with digital products, discovering patterns, getting the whole picture and connecting the dots using different frames like behavioral economics, marketing and programming. 💡

It helps me work with cross-functional teams and gain autonomy, mastery and creativity. 💪

Bonus: Product Management is so much fun, especially when you can create your own applications, ship it on the market with a kick-ass Go-To-Market strategy and talk to like-minded makers. 🔥

There is still a lot to learn to perfect my art and become a full stack Product Manager but I like taking the time to appreciate each moment. And so far, I’m really enjoying the ride.🤟

I used to feel this weird pressure to keep up with everything.


I should try every new launch.

I should read every new thread.

I should have an opinion on every new demo.

When everyone around was talking about it, the pressure doubled.
It makes you restless.

Like I was falling behind, like I wasn’t “AI enough.”

But I realized I have time.

I don’t need to explore every tool the week it drops. 

Now I tell myself: I’ll take a week and explore it properly once the dust settles. 

I’d rather go deep on what I’m building right now than keep chasing every new release.

Because being updated on everything is not the same as being excellent at something.

Peace feels better than pressure.

Hot take: Autonomous AI agents are terrifyingly easy to trust


Install → give permissions → move on.

That might be fine for simple tools but not for systems that can:

- read your files
- access API keys
- run commands on their own

AI agents shouldn’t be treated like normal tools.

They’re closer to a new user on your system, sometimes with admin access.
Once an agent runs locally, the risk changes.

A small setup mistake can expose credentials. A plugin can access more than you expect & none of this feels obvious while setting it up.

As PMs, we move fast but we need to decide where speed should be normalized & where we need limits, isolation, or extra checks.

Good AI products are smart but also need to be careful by design.

Most teams are still using AI like chatbots.

While chatbots get the spotlight, this post focuses on agentic AI.

They can:

- Break down messy problems
- Plan steps before acting
- Execute tasks across tools
- Improve outputs over iterations

In short, they behave less like chat windows and more like junior teammates who can take action.

When you treat agentic AI like chatbots, you end up building fancy Q&A tools, slightly smarter search, and products that feel impressive for about a week.

But when you treat them like systems, you start designing for workflows instead of prompts, memory instead of single turns, and decisions instead of replies.

That’s where real value lies.

Leading teams have moved past fine-tuning chatbot responses. Their question now is, ‘Which workflows can this AI take over completely?’
