- Tools Management: Restructured internal tool stack (Slack, Asana, G Suite) & set up workflows to enhance remote team’s productivity
- Business Process Management: Implemented Business Process Design practices to build over 100 business process maps and Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) to facilitate cross-functional work efficiency
- Slashed operational costs 20% by negotiating pricing with strategic operational suppliers (KYC, AML, Comms)

Boston Consulting Group (BCG)

Recruited as a consulting team member (contractor) of BCG-managed PMO on IT Transformation Program for a universal bank in Poland to manage the project areas of Change Requests and Defect Management. The project scope included the big-bang deployment of new IT functionalities and data migration of its several systems to one core banking system.

- Change Management: managed scope, realization, and budget of over 400 change requests and improving the change process
- Defect Management: coordinated the defect management of the Program’s critical path with a resolution rate of ~100 defects daily
- Service Delivery Management: coordinated the software deployment of fixes to all non-production environments
- UAT Management: supervised Cutover Team and supported Validation Tests Team in successful roll-out during the go-live weekend
