Who else has been there? 

In 2015, I had less than €1000 in my name. 

Not long after, I went to work in construction to earn €6K to lose it all on Facebook ads in 2 weeks. 

That hurt. But it became a good story I can tell today. 

Maybe to inspire or just make you laugh before you run your own Facebook ads. 


If you are in a difficult season, remember:


1. This too shall pass. Tough seasons don’t last; disciplined people do.

2. Your time is coming. Keep stacking the work, and the results will catch up.

3. It’s not supposed to be easy. If it were, there wouldn’t be opportunity in it.

4. Every setback is forging your character, so let it evolve you. 

5. Rejection isn’t personal. It’s just data -  use it, adjust, keep moving.

A first-degree connection liked her post.

This is the sports jacket I had when I joined ASM Monaco's youth team at 16. 


It still fits me well today. 


It brings back memories of discipline, struggle, sacrifices, and great goals scored. 


It also brings back memories of ambition & hope, and of when I didn’t have much of either.


When I quit playing, it was a dark period for me. But I grew from that! 


Some seasons remain good memories, 
even if we didn’t accomplish what we hoped.


I believe we’ll have way fewer regrets if we try and fail than if we don’t try at all. 


The fewer “what ifs” you can collect in life, the prouder you’ll be of yourself when you look back. 


Even if you don’t arrive where you want, you still walk away with cool lessons and stories to tell. 


That’s what life is about, isn’t it? 
Collecting memorable experiences, stories, and lessons. 


If things don’t work out? Well, what you walk away with will serve you in your next chapter in life.


So what are you afraid of? 


Take a chance and pursue things you are interested in. 
Take risk, make the jump, and get in the arena. 


Yes, you’ll fail and get rejected. 
For sure, you’ll experience embarrassment. 
And no doubt you’ll get out of your comfort zone. 


Your 5-10 year future self will thank you for it, so that is all that matters.

What’s the secret to growing on LinkedIn? 

Today, I want to celebrate a great coach & human being, and a friend.

We started working together 6 months ago. 

She is another client on her way to 6-figures using LinkedIn (soon). 

Before our work, she didn’t have a system, and LinkedIn was basically guesswork. 

No leads or clients came from it. 

A few months later, she lands a big corporate deal and has a few more in the pipeline.
