I spent 20+ years launching products, brands, and customer experiences with global organizations, and almost a decade within CPG and foodservice companies. 

Along the way, I've reinvented my career ten times.

Not because I was restless or couldn't hold a job. Because the market kept shifting, and I had to shift with it.

Each reinvention taught me this: The days of job security are long gone. You either reinvent your career or someone else will do it for you. Adaptability is the new job security. 

In 2021, I started helping mid-career professionals build adaptability muscles to navigate transitions, find their next move, and stop waiting for their employer to hand them a roadmap.


And then AI happened. 

That work pushed me deep into AI as a practical tool. My clients needed faster learning, clearer thinking, better decisions. I became an AI power-user because they needed that leverage to reinvent faster, and I saw this technology as an opportunity to rewire my own business.

Through conversations with hundreds of leaders, I noticed the same problem showing up inside organizations, but at scale.

- Leaders sitting on AI investments they don't know how to activate. 

- People treating AI like a better search engine instead of a tool that could fundamentally change how they work. 

- Pilots that go nowhere because nobody knows what problem they're actually solving.

So in 2025, I launched Horizon2, an AI strategy and training practice focused primarily on CPG and foodservice organizations.

I picked this industry because I know how it operates, its constraints, and where AI can actually drive results rather than just add noise.

The work is different, but the core is the same: helping people and organizations build the capability to adapt when everything's shifting.
