I'm different from your typical career coach because I don't come from the HR pool. 

The traditional HR-minded approach focuses on HOW to land a job (e.g. optimize resume and pitch and interviewing skills). But this approach is useless if you are trying to figure out WHAT job to land. 

I spent 20 years launching new products and brands, Along the way, I reinvented my own career 9 times.

I know how it feels to be stuck in a long mid-career limbo, sifting through hundreds of jobs online in search of an answer and feeling like nothing fits. I've experienced the same anxiety, frustration, and self-doubt you may be experiencing right now.

•	Created integrated marketing campaigns (website, video, digital advertising, digital marketing, trade shows) and electronic sales enablement tools (videos, product images, specification sheets, product brochures, PPT presentations, webinars) in preparation for Go To Market (GTM) transformation with Account Based Marketing (ABM) and more compelling web content throughout the customer journey, partnering with external vendors and freelancers.
•	50% increase in new leads over prior year at Modex, the industry premier tradeshow.
•	During my tenure, sales increased 66.1% (from $9.173m in FY21 to $15.232m in FY22) for BladeStop and Transbotics brands, excluding service.

Led global/regional Marketing Communication planning process through agreed, prioritized activity execution, managing a team of 16-20 people in 9 different time zones.  Supervised $5-$10 million annual budget while introducing and leveraging a common approach to customer-centric, sector-specific, insight-led messaging globally to drive synergies, create impact and competitive differentiation while significantly reducing cost and improving EBITDA by over $1 million annually.  

Enhanced earned and owned media through powerful thought leadership pieces globally that positioned Sealed Air as a leader in sustainability, retail and consumer insight, and preferred customer partner.  Designed/ analyzed primary research to derive proprietary insights for 4 regions and created fact-based content to drive change, engage media, and enable sales. Generated global comparative summary presentations, content for social media and infographics in multiple languages. 

Directed advertising RFP, selection and onboarding.  Partnered with agencies to develop new creative and to coordinate global integration of print, digital display and programmatic advertising, and website landing pages.  Doubled prior engagement results within first year:  52% increase in Clicks, 188% CTR increase while decreasing spend 27%.

Guided organization/administration of digital asset management tool, accessible on/offline, and searchable for all collateral.  Launched to rave reviews from sales/marketing teams with over 5,000 assets searchable within 6 months.

Actively participated on division global leadership team 2010-2019.  Successfully led special projects, including brand architecture and trademark transformation for the Food Care Division in 2018, global brand transformation in 2013, integration and divestiture of all Diversey assets in 2013 and 2017 respectively, and the pilot of a new global go-to-market strategy in Latin America in 2014.
