Growing up in commercial real estate, I did what any rational person would do...I became a prosecutor. It was my dad, the VP of real estate for a Fortune 200 company, who told me not to follow in his footsteps. 

I became an Assistant District Attorney where I tried 102 jury trials primarily focused on violent felonies (robberies, gang cases, and murders) and child abuse. 

Working in that world pushed me in ways I would have never expected and showed me the power of storytelling and persuasive communication. I left my life as a lawyer and built a tech company to transfer these skills to the masses. 

After selling that company, I began working directly with some of the most talented founders in the tech world. Through my boutique consulting firm I worked side by side to help those founders raise over a billion dollars in capital, grow from ten people to hundreds of people, and turn their early stage companies into unicorns that are growing fast to this day. 

And then life, as so often happens, pulled me back to where it all started. Commercial Real Estate. 

Together with my two co-founders, we saw an opportunity to solve the problems I'd witnessed growing up (and they'd witnessed working inside of it), especially the broken data and opaque nature of CRE.

What if the business leaders in the commercial real estate industry had access to all of their data (and market data) through a true intelligence layer so they can move faster with greater precision? 

The answer to that question isn't theoretical anymore, and the results will fundamentally change this tens of trillion of dollars industry.

Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, I am a dedicated business leader within the marketing team with a primary focus on shaping, strategizing, and expanding our current and new training, consultative and digital business lines/services. Successfully launching 8 new products during my tenor, I cohesively work cross functionally with my marketing team members, field sales, PR, legal, product/service development, finance and senior leadership. I’m involved with product marketing strategy from concept to execution and oversee development of marketing and communication for all products to support customer acquisition, increase current client service expansion, and maintain customer retention.

Key Accomplishments:

•	Conceptualized, strategized and executed marketing campaigns for multiple products, generating over $18 million in sales pipeline opportunities and directly generating over $1.1 million in sales from marketing efforts Q1 and Q2 of 2019. 

•	Developed a fully automated and optimized lead generation process that increased inbounds leads by over 220%  from 2017 to 2019 by leveraging our content, thought leadership and position in the market place. 

•	Generated over $6.5 million of revenue with first touch marketing attribution and campaign strategy from 2017 to Q2 of 2019 

•	Aggressively strategized and launched 4 new consultative products and 3 new digital business solutions, which resulted in achieving organizational goals of 25% YoY growth and $44 million revenue target. 

•	Increased brand visibility and positioning in the market place by increasing website traffic by 31% and increased social following and digital presence by 47% across multiple platforms.

Directed in driving the company’s consultative and digital business offerings while increasing its sales lead pipeline to directly impact and influence revenue. I identified and developed new business opportunities and built and expanded the presence of the company and its brands. As director I lead marketing and business development teams, oversaw client-relationship management to better facilitate a faster close-sale cycle and expanded service offerings through developing new consultative products and digital Software as a Service (SaaS) technologies. In tracking new markets and emerging trends, I would make strategic recommendations with new products and services, proposing and developing new strategic partnerships, write proposals and plans, for long-term objectives to meet company expectations and goals.


Key Accomplishments:

•	Introduced marketing strategies, which included marketing automation and sales processes that increased lead generation and sales revenue by 23%

•	Facilitated strategic partnerships with 4 companies and over 20 associations to enable stronger brand awareness and industry validation while generating 15% of our annual sales from these channels. 

•	Played a strategic role as part of the c-team to secure two rounds of financing from private equity investors, VC’s and Hedge Funds, totaling over $17.9 million

•	Expanded the brand into global markets, included Europe Asia, and APAC, which resulted in 17% increased lead generation, 33% increased sales opportunities.

Haulor is a mobile and desktop app, founded in San Diego, California in early 2012, that connects you with a commercially licensed driver, with a utility vehicle (truck, cargo van, box truck) to make your moving and delivery needs easier, affordable, and cost effective. Haulor provided an alternative to local movers for residents and professional delivery services for small to medium sized companies.

As CEO, I lead operations and strategic direction with accountability and focus on capitol and budget line factors, including long-term full range strategic planning, product management, and software development. Provided cross-functional management. Directed all system user and driver process and infrastructure. Managed user acquisition and developed driver onboarding procedures and training methodologies. Defined organizational structure over saw major pricing decisions and performed monthly company evaluations of company goals and results to maintain alignment and course.   
  
Key Accomplishments:

•	Created new products and implemented successful services that generated market interest generating 40% YoY growth

•	Developed and nurtured strategic alliances that increased users and drivers, totaling our database to several thousand local active members 

•	Developed new B2B services that expanded our enterprise client database by over 32% and commercial partners by 56%

•	Positioned the company to be licensed and white labeled which expanded Haulor into other delivery enablement markets.

FoodLix

Foodlix was an online ordering platform that connected customers to local restaurants and gave customers the option to place orders online and have it delivered directly to their house or work. One of the first of it’s kind, FoodLix enabled restaurants to have a digital and social market presence by offering them innovative revenue channels that provided their customers a true on-demand food ordering shopping cart experience.  

My primary focus was on developing and maintaining restaurant partnerships and increasing our customer user databases. Ensuring our availability in other markets, across California, I constantly developed strategic marketing automation tactics for greater customer acquisition and on going restaurant database fulfillment.

•	Company was prepared for exit in 2014.

•	Created and maintained a network of restaurants totaling a database size of over 4,000 and continued with 13% growth quarter over quarter.

•	Developed the sales and marketing strategies that led to the acquisition and conversion of over 30,000 returning monthly customers
