𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 (𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵)

𝟭. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲
• “Do Not Sell or Share” link must be visible wherever data is collected.
• Cookie banners must have 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹-𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗻𝘀. No dark patterns.
• Closing a banner = 𝗻𝗼𝘁 consent. If cookies still fire, you’re out of compliance.
  
𝟮. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲. You must spell out:
• What data you collect
• Where it comes from
• Who you share it with (specific categories)
  
𝟯. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱. If you offer a toll-free number or in-store collection points, teams must know how to handle:
• Access requests
• Corrections
• Deletions
• Downstream notifications
  
𝟰. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 
Anywhere you collect customer data such as a showroom, F&I, service, call center, they must display a compliant “notice at collection” that includes the Right to Limit sensitive info.

• Audit your site and cookie banner behavior
• Update your privacy policy with clear disclosures
• Review phone and in-store workflows
• Confirm vendor contracts match 2026 CCPA rules
  
California is now enforcing. Businesses that fix this early will avoid penalties and build trust with customers who expect transparency.

Stop trying to "𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸" your way to healthcare survival. 𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

We recently analyzed a scenario where a rural hospital was looking down the barrel of a $𝟰𝗠 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗶𝘁 due to upcoming HR1 cuts and market shifts.

For most risk managers and administrators, the knee-jerk reaction to a number that big is to cut. Cut services. Cut staff. Cut lines of care.

But as we discussed with Doug McCoy from Eastern Plumas Health Care in our latest webinar, the math has changed. In the current landscape, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗽.

If you cut services, you lose the community. If you lose the community, you lose the hospital.
Instead, the winning strategy for 2026-2028 is 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

As I’ve sketched out in the infographic below, the path to keeping the doors open involves three distinct plays:

1. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗶𝘃𝗼𝘁: Stop viewing Quality Incentive Programs (QIP) as administrative burdens. Operationalize them as primary revenue streams.
2. 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿: Physician burnout is a massive financial risk. We have to streamline EHR workflows to reduce friction, allowing your limited staff to do more without breaking.
3. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 "𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁" 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲: Silence breeds panic. You must proactively communicate stability to your community to stop patient out-migration before it starts.
   
The "Cliff" is coming in 2027. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is meeting right now to vote on a proposal to scrap cyber rules that the FCC began adopting during the Biden administration.

"The commission first declared that the 1994 Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA) “affirmatively requires telecommunications carriers to secure their networks from unlawful access or interception of communications,” and then it proposed specific requirements that telecoms should have to meet."

Pay no mind to the fact that the FBI recently warned the public away from sharing sensitive information over the public telephone networks because they are all so completely owned by state-sponsored hackers from China that they should not be trusted. 

Also, try to ignore the fact that CALEA data is exactly what the Chinese hackers succeeded in gaining access to, including call and text message metadata.

What's clear is that what we've been doing to encourage telcos to care more about prioritizing security is not working at all. That said, they have shown through their actions that they're not going to do it on their own.

This isn’t a happy post, but it’s real.

When you start a business, you think the people close to you will support you.
You think your family will cheer for you.
You think your friends will be proud of you.

But many times, they don’t say anything.
They watch what you do.
They see your posts.

“They call me stupid.”
Maybe they’re right. But not for the reasons they think.

They said it made no sense.
Finland → Manila → Finland → Kuala Lumpur… all within days.
More than 24 hours one way.
Ten-hour delays.
Waiting at the airport
Two-hour trains.
Walk back home in the cold.

“Why would you do that?
Just for two days?
It’s stupid.”

Maybe to them it is.

But when your daughter is waiting at the door, smiling like you’re the whole world… 
Logic becomes tiny. And love becomes loud.

I spent those 48 hours doing nothing extraordinary.
Just toys.
Just hugs.
Just presence.
And those moments rearranged my entire definition of “worth it.”

People judge based on what they value.
Parents act based on what matters.

If choosing your child over convenience makes you “stupid,” then I’ll gladly stay stupid.

Because some decisions aren’t measured in hours or miles.
They’re measured in memories.

To every dad, every mom, every parent grinding through flights, fatigue, and schedules—
don’t let anyone shrink the meaning you carry.
Do what matters.
Even if the world doesn’t get it.

I used to be a Nas Academy student.
Now I’m speaking at NAS Summit.

Read that again.

I didn’t come from money.
I didn’t come from comfort.
I came from survival.

I joined Nas Academy years ago because I wanted one thing.
To grow.
To change my life.
To finally believe my story mattered.

Back then, I wasn’t a “coach”.
I wasn’t a “speaker”.
I wasn’t someone people invited on stages.

I was the guy trying to figure life out…
And praying for one chance to prove myself.

What I did have was work ethic.
I decided to be the hardest working person in every room I entered.
If a door didn’t open, I built my own.
If I wasn’t good enough, I learned.
If I failed, I tried again.
If I didn’t know something, I studied.

Every day, I pushed myself.
Every week, I got a little better.
Every month, I saw a tiny shift.

Most people won’t see these chapters.
The nights.
The doubts.
The sacrifices.
The work no one claps for.

But that’s where your life changes.

And now something full-circle is happening.

I’m speaking at NAS Summit.
In Singapore.
On a stage I once dreamed about.
Inside the very ecosystem where I started as a student.

Student to speaker.
Quiet learner to trusted coach.
Confused creator to someone teaching AI to the world.

If your journey feels slow right now, keep going.
Take every chance.

Be the person in the room who outworks everyone.

This is just the beginning.

I never knew fear could open big doors.
But I felt it loud while standing with Robert Kiyosaki.

I flew from Finland to Singapore.
I stood on a stage with Robert Kiyosaki, JT Foxx, Sandy Jadeja, and Marco.

And in that moment, I felt very small inside.

My hands were cold. My mind felt loud and fast.
But I still chose to stand there with them.

Because, I knew I had to stand there anyway.

And most founders on Linkedin feel this same fear.

They want a big brand, 
but hide from the light.

They want trust, 
but avoid being seen in public.

They want growth, 
but freeze when the room gets big.

Standing next to Kiyosaki taught me something deep:

He has age, fame, wealth, and world respect.
Yet he still posts. 

He still speaks. He still shows up.

He builds impact and legacy by being seen, not hiding.
If he can show up, so can we.

So here is my note to scared founders today:
You must cross that cringe hill to grow your brand.

More eyes on you will build more trust in you.
There is no big business without strong visibility.

I chose to show up even when it hurt.
And that one step shifted my whole path.

If you want your brand to grow, start here:

Show up scared. Show up small.
Just show up.

Your future self will thank you.

I shouldn’t have started a business.

Being an employee would’ve been easier.
Clear hours. Clear rules. Less doubt at 2 a.m.

I still remember one moment that made my stomach drop.

We published a cheat sheet on a client’s profile.
A tortoise inside it.... a damn tortoise!!
Completely wrong.

I stared at the screen thinking, This is what I left safety for?

Then came the harder moments.

When you lead with kindness and a client treats it like weakness.
When you realise being good at your work doesn’t protect you from being tested.
That’s when quitting stops being a thought and starts feeling reasonable.

There were days I opened my laptop and wished someone would tell me to stop trying.
Not motivate me.
Just give me permission to walk away without shame.

Most days didn’t feel like progress.
They felt like holding it together.

I kept talking to people anyway.
Most conversations went nowhere.
A few showed me what worked and what didn’t.

My first offer wasn’t good.
My first client didn’t get my best work.
And that wasn’t failure. That was the work.

If you’re early in business and thinking,
“I should’ve just stayed employed,”
you’re not broken.

You’re early.
You’re exposed.
And that part is uncomfortable for everyone.

Take the step anyway.
Don’t do it alone.
And don’t confuse discomfort with the wrong path.

That feeling is the price of becoming someone new.

I’m not a big celebrity.
I don’t have millions of followers.

I don’t have a hundred years of experience.
All I have is a big heart and the willingness to teach, help and go beyond.
 
Because skills can be learned, but taking care of the people? 
That’s genuine.

And teaching has always been my passion.
I give 100% in everything I do, whether it’s dancing, AI, or content creation.

When you care deeply, it doesn't matter if you're not famous.
People can see through the hype.
 
They buy from those who truly care about them, not the clout.
I've had people buy courses from famous names, only to feel ignored.

I don’t chase clout. I chase impact.
I care about every single person I work with.

I care because I was once that person who paid for empty promises.
And I made a promise: when I’m in that position, I’ll give more.

I go beyond what's asked. 
That’s how you change the pattern.

Clout chasers sell promises but don’t deliver. 
I choose to deliver.

I care about my students, and that’s the impact I aim for.
 
It’s this care that changes 
the way I work and the lives I touch.

I was invited by Success Resources to speak in front of 800 people.
And my goal was to make 100 sales on stage.

But selling to a large audience is tough, 
especially for the first time.

It takes years of practice, trial, and failure to master it.

On stage, I felt prepared but still panicked 
when something unexpected happened.

One person said another speaker would come help, 
but didn’t explain why.

My mind started wandering, focusing on everything but the sale.

In the end, I made 97 sales, not the 100 I aimed for.

I was devastated, but I took full responsibility for the failure.

Fast forward: the cohort began. I gave my all.
My team gave 100%. And the people were moved.

They were truly happy and became the biggest advocates.
Some cried. Others were emotional, sharing how much value they received.

It wasn’t just the material they learned, it was the change they felt.

The transformation wasn’t just in the knowledge, but in their hearts.

Afterward, many stayed back, and some even became friends.

That’s when it hit me.

Numbers matter, but impact matters more.
I stopped chasing numbers. I focused on creating impact.

And over time, the numbers grew and compounded.

If you're chasing numbers too, remember this:
Focus on the impact, and the numbers will follow.

I stopped writing my own posts.
But my voice got stronger using AI, here is why:

Most people tell Claude, “Write me a post.”

Then they get something that sounds smart, 
But not like them.

If you want Claude or any LLM to write in your voice, 
You need to train it like a team member, not a tool.

Start with context.
Tell it who you are, who you serve, and what you’re building.
That’s your role and goal, the GPS needs to stay accurate.

Then set the tone.
Don’t say “professional.” Say “warm, sharp, and strategic.”

Be clear about how you want to sound, 
Not what you want to say.

Next, feed it your world.
Upload your best posts, brand docs, and ICPs
Everything that shows your logic and rhythm.

Claude learns from examples, not adjectives.

Give it rules.
Start with a bold hook. Short paragraphs. 
End with a question.

Rules stop drift. 
Without them, AI gets creative in all the wrong ways.

And finally, iterate.
Say, “Refine the hook from your last draft.”

Don’t restart every time. Train it through repetition.

You’re not teaching AI to write.
You’re teaching it to think like you.

Update your top five every 90 days, add new data, insights, or stories.

Back up what you say.
Add links, research, and real examples inside your text.
AI trusts what’s cited, not what just sounds smart.

Give structure.
Use the FAQ or How-To schema on your site.
That’s the roadmap AI uses to read your content clearly.

Build topic clusters.
Pick one hub like AI for Founders and link 5-10 posts to it.
That’s how you become the go-to voice in your niche.

Show up in communities.

Reddit threads, Slack groups, 
Niche forums, one thoughtful answer there can 
Get quoted thousands of times by AI models.

Publish your own data.
Surveys, benchmarks, and studies make you the source 
And AI cites the source first.

If you are still wondering if SEO matters? It does.

AI crawls what Google does.
Strong rankings and backlinks still feed AI visibility.

And finally, track your own citations.
Search your brand in ChatGPT or Perplexity.
See what’s working, refresh it, repeat.

AI visibility isn’t luck. 
Its structure, clarity, and proof were repeated.

When I ran my first cohort, things went very wrong.

I had slides ready, notes ready, and demos ready too.
But we failed big because our systems were not ready.

The onboarding was weak, and the setup was not clear.
The WhatsApp groups were messy.

People came in with big questions
we never thought about.

So when we went to NAC Singapore,
we changed everything.

We built systems that onboard people with ease and care.
We set emails that made them feel welcome and safe early.

We added WhatsApp groups for chats, notes, and news, too.
We shared an FAQ file with all the links they may need.

And then we trained our team until they knew each step.
We even did a test run, so nothing broke on the day.

We also received support from our Rotterdam group.
This is why our NAC cohort worked so well this time.

If you are a founder trying to do this alone, stop now.
Your offer is not enough to grow a strong and big brand.

You need systems and people and real support to scale.
Because of that mix, I grew from thirty students to one-fifty students so fast.

And soon I will grow to five hundred and then one thousand.
All because I built systems that let me grow with ease.

You think you know how AI reads prompts.
But it's not magic, it's math.

When you type a request, the model doesn’t read like us.

It breaks your words into tiny chunks called tokens 
LinkedIn is one, founder-led business is three.

Then it predicts, one token at a time, 
What you probably want next.

Behind the scenes, there are hidden rules 
System instructions that decide tone, safety, and structure.

You can’t see them, but they shape every response.

The model remembers your recent chats 
Through something called a context window.

That’s why earlier messages 
Still influence the next one, until the window fills up.

And no, it doesn’t learn from you in real time.
Your feedback helps future versions, not this one.

So when your prompt feels off, 
It’s not because the AI ignored you 
It’s because your input wasn’t clear enough on how it actually thinks.

Write like you’re giving directions, not ideas.
Be specific. Use examples. Define your tone.

AI isn’t guessing your mind 
It’s following your math.

Stop Using ChatGPT for Everything

Your favourite AI tools might not last

Most AI tools today are cheap for one reason:

They’re being paid for by investors, not by you.
Here’s what’s really going on:
Companies like OpenAI are losing money on every $20 subscription
These tools cost way more to run than they charge
There’s no clear plan to make them profitable
You’re getting amazing tools now because someone else is covering the bill
 → But that won’t last forever
When the money runs out:

- Prices could shoot up
- Tools might shut down
- Features you rely on could disappear
If you’re building your business around these tools, you’re risking it.

You might be building on something that’s going to collapse.
What to do instead?
→ Invest in your skills
→ Focus on things no one can take from you
The market will change.
And when it does, tools won’t save you, YOU will.

There is a new virus hurting many online businesses today.

You will hire a big SEO team and feel very smart.
